The City View from 42th floor is nice. The Room is just average but the service of Shafik is good. We are unfortune as no electricity for the whole block on the day before check out.

before cekin the custoner service is fast respon, after cekin i ask about another mop they not reply my messg until i cekout. for the cleanliness 2/5 bcs there's a lot a baby cockroach in living room, bathroom, kitchen , and in the door frezer location 5/5 near to alor night market,petaling, bukit bintang.

Room was ok, complete with washing machine , the only thing to improve is the shower room, smelly and also need to replace a new shower head.

This is the worst experience ever! The front desk was poorly managed. Only two guys there and they don’t even have a computer. They can’t even speak proper English. Need to self-check in which is fine. The lift took forever to get one most of the time! No toilet paper from the first day. I texted the front desk guy and they said they will bring it right up but no. Next day I went to front desk - no one. When we were back at night - no one again! I texted again when I was back to the room, they said I should call them instead of texting! And they would bring it right up. Of course they didn’t again The other next day, I went to front desk again at evening. Still no one there. I saw some toilet paper in a trolley and texted them see if I can grab some and they said I couldn’t take them. I called, they picked up the call. Then THEY ******* HUNG UP ON ME! Then they texted they would send the next day. They didn’t of course! Until the last day, we still got no toilet paper! They would only change towels once every 3 days and you need to request for it. There’s no cleaning which was fine but there’s no rubbish bin outside or anywhere on the floor. We just kept the rubbish for 5 days. The hot water boiler didn’t always work. It didn’t work for the first 2 nights. The room was fine with two double beds, a kitchen, a toilet (fairly hygiene) and a balcony. Clean and spacious. Price was fair but we felt crazily angry about the ******* service which was none! Funny they had balls asking for rating reviews after we self check out! I don’t recommend here at all! No one deserves such services (if you call it one)
