這個酒店除了交通位置便利，沒有任何讓人滿意的地方，非常不愉快的入住體驗。 交通：地點在imbi輕軌站邊，離麥門，pavillon等主要商圈都步行可達。 服務：辦入住效率極低，還連續兩次給的門卡不能用，最後證明是門鎖有問題，才換了房間。電梯慢的要死，人很多，上上下下需要很久，辦入住來來回回浪費了一個小時時間，沒有服務人員説一句道歉。 設施：熱水是有開關的，而且熱水開關不在洗手間裡，也沒有標識，入住又沒有服務人員告知，客人怎麼會知道？！三個人都洗了冷水澡。非常不滿 衞生：沙發上汙漬斑斑，而且給的頂樓一個房間，還有設備間，設備間裡嗚嗚作響，噪音很大。此外，空調本身的噪音也很大，而且不能調風量的大小。 早餐：吃個早餐，早餐廳斷電了幾次，很擁擠嘈雜，食物基本上是穆斯林風格。 強烈建議：慎選！

The location was good, it’s beside a mall and beside a monorail station. But the hotel toilet has no hot water despite turning the faucet handle to the maximum temperature of water. The lift is super slow, during checkout had to wait 20mins just to go down lobby due to the lift is always full and slow speed.

Start off with front desk receptionist, were friendly and kind. Even gets a warm welcome from the manager. Room were comfee to comfort to relazzing. Had a nice view from day to night. Room 2318 as i can say is spaxious.. Definitely will recommend anyone to come stay and again and again. Both rooms had a bathtub and a nice windows view.

Staying on 22nd floor in a 2 bedroom suite is just superb. Rooms are spacious, full of amneties ( except that robes arent provided). The whole BTS hotel & mall with monorail station provide a complete package. Parking is ample but a bit confused to find the correct entrance for hotel guests until someone informed us about Gate no 2.

Booked a 2 bedroom suites. Checking in was swift but room is dated n dirty. Can see dead small cockroches on the floor. Dusty floor. Bed is hard and 2 of my family members were biten by bedbugs. Overall, not recommended. Got a facing twin tower view.

Our stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel’s 2-bedroom suite was fantastic. The spacious rooms were comfortable for the family, and we thoroughly enjoyed the large swimming pool. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the highlight was having the indoor theme park just within the hotel—perfect for kids and adults alike.

去吉隆坡見親戚 住這個老酒店 房間熱水不熱 前一晚在親戚酒店洗澡 回酒店第二天早上是早上用才發現 洗個澡給冷到 也來不及換房了 頭髮也沒法洗就走了 而且入住checkin很慢 要排隊 還是儘量住新的酒店公寓吧

舊是舊了點，但維持得還可以，只是有小蟑螂，是不多，但觀感不佳，住兩天，第一晚後有跟櫃檯說，可是隻有說會再加強清潔，Check-out的時候有再說一次，這位櫃檯人員就有說可以請他們換房間，可是已經來不及了。

Book the 2 bedroom suite and is so convienent for travellers with big families. The bed is larger than king size and is able to accomodate 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The room looks abit old and have a musky smell otherwise it is all great with the amenties provided, the superb service from the restaurant servers and the location is very convienent.
