Главный плюс отеля - расположение. Центр, до башен Петронас метров 500 всего. До станции метро минуты три. Отель не новый, но состояние вполне нормальное. Комнаты просторные, ванная комната приличная. Из минусов: ковровое покрытие на полу не первой свежести. Полотенца давно пора сменить, белыми они были когда-то давно. В целом - хороший вариант для остановки на пару ночей.

Great location which providing guests with easy access to Kuala Lumpur's top attractions, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang shopping district, both within walking distance . Hotel's staff are friendly and helpful.

地理位置真的沒話講 離KLCC陽光廣場超級近，走路三四分鐘，到達第一天的晚上，我們就直奔陽光廣場四樓的華陽冰室 地鐵就在酒店旁邊 武登免吉離酒店也不遠 在阿羅街夜市吃完海鮮，我們是走路閑逛回酒店的，一點也不覺得累 真心覺得地理位置無可挑剔 就是酒店“歲數”有點了 但前台服務很人性化，我們到達的第一天，因為太晚，沒來得及兌換馬幣，8個人身上總共就40元馬幣，離規定的現金按金有一定的“距離”，前台看出了我們的窘境，很nice地降低了按金數，讓我們順利入住。

The staff were friendly and location was not bad either. The room was rather run down and was offered a newly renovated one with extra cost, to which we declined. Water hammering was bad in our toilet with loud noise of water gushing down the pipes that woke me up on few occasions. To exacerbate the matter worst, construction were going on next door and noise started filtering in after 8am. Not ideal

老牌酒店，前台服務不錯，在這兒中轉到新加坡，非常方便。早餐還可以，無功無過吧，樣式挺多，不適閤中國胃。地段很好，就在klcc旁邊，去哪都很方便。

Second time staying here with our two kids (ages 7 & 3). The king-sized bed is perfect for families with young children, no need to book extra beds, as it’s spacious enough for all of us! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to KLCC. There’s a nearby food court, a mamak stall, and a 7E, so everything you need is just around the corner. But, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a baby cockroach in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is quite old, so hygiene might be an issue in some parts. That said, the mattress and carpet were in decent condition and felt clean and comfortable. Overall, it’s a good choice to stay at the central of KL.

The breakfast was average during my stay. While there were some good options like fresh bread and fruit, the hot dishes were often cold and lacked flavor. Service was slow, and some items weren’t replenished promptly. My expectation is wrong about this hotel . It could be improved with more variety and better quality control.
