新加坡人給我推薦的新加坡酒店，確實太糟糕了，塗改液塗床單上的血漬，房間裡黴味很重，窗戶封死的打不開，前台check in想騙錢。我用訂房網站用得多，很少評論，確實也應該義務評論一下，避免大家踩坑。聽説疫情前不錯，酒店位置很好。現在除了如此乾淨的杯子燒水壺，睡不下去的床，腐朽凋敝的傢俱地毯外，服務糟糕透了，check in一來就叫我補稅，換別的不太熟悉的遊客肯定送錢了，最後還要我把訂房的郵件發到他們WA，溝通老半天，才把房卡給我。進房間反應衞生問題，半天沒有客房來換床單，我聯繫訂房網站退房，酒店的中文經理馬上就打電話過來了。我要求酒店退訂，我去隔壁新的五星級住（貴100-200元）。酒店的中文經理就像賣假貨的商販，隨便你怎樣，退是不可能退，畢竟定的時候確實也是不可退。總之非常破敗的一個酒店了，大家節約點或者加點錢去別的地兒都好。

Good location and convenient to move around. The staff were friendly and gave me a room with a nice view. The hotel is simple with a big room and comfortable bed — I slept well and the shower pressure was good. Cleanliness is average, and the showerhead was dirty and a bit broken. Overall, not fancy but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Nice place to stay at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, Lot 10 and others. Room have more space than normal room and confortable bed. Available parking at the premises with RM11 per day multiple entry. The only unsatisfied moment that I have is, I am had my lunch at the cafe, chicken chop with brownies as a desert. But both taste not fresh. Only the french fries is good. Fresh, crispy and tasty. I hope they can ensure that all their food fresh after this.(My husband nasi goreng and sate is fresh)

停車場在底樓非常的窄差點能進不能出刮花汽車，酒店門口有付費停車位每進出一次RM30 ,不理性化，房間沒給礦泉水，衹有過濾水在衞生間裡，廁所裡那麼多細菌，房裡的杯也洗不乾淨不推薦

Plus Minus banyak banget di hotel ini. Saat Check In semua sangat ramah tetapi pada saat Check Out semuanya berubah kecuali SATPAM yang tetap ramah. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah petugas CONCIERGE yang meminta istri saya untuk mengambil dan menulis sendiri tag untuk menitip bagasi dan saat ingin meminjam timbangan tangan pelayanan sangat mengecewakan padahal kami check out sekitar jam 11.00 dan bukan jam ramai pada saat itu. Tetapi diluar itu petugas ROOM MAKE UP SANGAT PROFESIONAL DAN JUJUR. Dompet anak saya ketinggalan dan isi didalamnya sedikit pun tidak berkurang. Terima Kasih...

一切都很好，地點步行即可抵達蠻多的商場百貨以及亞羅街夜市。早餐還可以，如果不打掃房內的話還可以額外獲得抵用金，算是個小驚喜。

Stayed at Dorsett Residence Kuala Lumpur recently and overall it was a no-fuss, comfortable experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk to Pavilion and plenty of eateries nearby, which makes it convenient for both shopping and dining. The rooms were clean and well-kept, though I felt the bedding could be improved with a thicker duvet for better comfort. The gym facilities were on the older side with minimal equipment, so fitness enthusiasts might find it lacking. That said, if you’re looking for a straightforward stay in a central location without too many frills, this residence does the job well.

We stayed for 3D2N and this is our second stay with Dorsett. The hotel is strategically located at Bukit Bintang and easily accessible to nearby popular malls and eateries. There was stained on the floor carpet and it really look ugly. It affected the room standard though. The pillow and bed was comfortable. Sadly even the room we select stated cityview but there was no view. The room faced lif lobby at Dorsett Aprtment and we cannot draw curtain due to privacy 😞 Overall the stay was fine.
