Renovation was not completed but was opened with just the lobby and rooms. There are no other amenities, even though they advertise they have a pool, restaurants, etc. I wouldn't have booked the hotel if I knew. Everything is new in the room, but the windows are frosted and cannot be opened, so no view. Some towels still have lint (new & never washed), but I had one towel with a stain that looked like blood (see photo). The security guard is lazy, reluctant to move the barriers to let my e-hailing car in, and refused to open the exit, so we have to reverse to exit the hotel. It is a disappointing four nights stay. I would never booked the Federal Hotel again, as there are several much better hotels nearby.

Located in city center. Eatery & shopping centre just within walking distance. Room is spacious and clean.

The receptionist was helpful and courteous during our chek in and out. Room is huge and clean. The bed is a bit soft but I am fine with it. I was provided with 2 bottles of minerals water and for the rest of the stay, you need to refill from the water dispenser in the common area. The location of hotel is a short walk to the train station and there is a nice Indian restaurant and massage shop just opposite the hotel. The only inconvenience was that there was no toilet at the reception floor. You need the receptionist to unlock the toilet at Level 1.

the room is fully renovated. but the toiletteries provided was not complete . the hotel still under renovation. so not much facilities offered. good location. plenty of restaurants,pubs n shopping nearby.
