Staff are really nice but not happy with the room I got moved to!!! Tv doesn’t work, no kettle and no soap in shower, also the new room walls are thin… much prefer the old room

房間設施與宣傳嚴重不符，服務很差！故意以聽不懂為由設坑，收取無名稅！騙取現金。預訂有窗房，卻分給無窗房，要求換房，卻威脅可以退房，卻不馬上退錢。房間隔一段時間就跳閘，半夜才解決換了條件更差的房，噩夢一般。

Two night stay in this hotel,is a good experience and the staff is friendly....have a private parking so my car is safety on underground of hotel...room clean and comfortable...recommended...i will come again 🤓
