The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Очень много индусов в отеле. Курят и пьют прямо в номерах и холлах. Номер жутко прокуренный, в нем сильно воняло сигаретами. Также на окне обнаружилась гигантская паутина.

Very oppressive pillow sheets are not very clean, musty smell in the room. Towels are handed out upon check-in, very unhygienic.

Pretty grubby all round with shifty and stained walls and sheets. Room was also very noisy as it was places next to the lift. The lift took ages to come and so people stood shouting and smashing on the button for the lift all night.
Not pleasant in any way.
