The hotel is located in a mall so when you return to the room after 10pm, you’ll have to navigate around. Staff were friendly and helpful but the state of the rooms left little to be desired (see pictures) - Cable tv always buffering - squeezy toilet - electric water heater with low water pressure - missing parts of bathroom cupboards - weird room layout, but spacious

I had a wonderful experience staying at this homestay located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is conveniently situated near LOT 10 and Pavilion, both of which are within walking distance. The staff and security personnel were friendly and polite, which made the stay even more pleasant. During my 4-day, 3-night visit, I also enjoyed the most affordable parking rate at Starhill—an added bonus! One area for improvement would be the lift access to the shopping area. During my stay, only one elevator was operational, and it was relatively slow. I hope the management will consider repairing or upgrading the lift system for greater convenience.
