Check-in took time. Check-out ok no problem. The room is moderately clean. Some furniture was so dusty. Not suitable for infants 👶🏻 Shower in this room is too hot, cannot control the temperatures and no indicator. 😅

Had a very poor experience at this hotel. The room was in unacceptable conditions. The dryer, shower, and lamp were all not functioning. During rain, water leaked into the room from outside, which made the stay even worse. The overall cleanliness was also lacking. For the price paid, this was absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel to others :)

Stay at highest level ,level 14 with TRX tower view Nice room with mini refrigerator and kettle, tea coffee provided for free. Bath towel shower gel and shampoo also provided and nice cotton quality. Only Toothbrush and toothpaste no provided. Quiet room away from vehicle noice, staff service nice and polite. Not bad and price is cheap.

基本沒什麼設施，對標國內70左右的酒店吧！噪音很大，住了6天，浴巾就換過一次還是主動要求的，被單有點黑色印記

Старенький, но ухоженный отель в районе Pudu. До метро — 10–15 минут пешком. Номера простые, чистые, без бассейна и спортзала. Рядом — торговые центры и кафе. Неплохой вариант на пару ночей. Смотрите видеообзор на YouTube-канале Pikart Travel — там всё по-честному.

Good location, walking distance to transport At night, a bit quiet ,can sleep well, Need walk around 8 minutes got alot of Chinese food stall. Only thing night counter staff no very friendly, ask something all don't know say I'm only night counter staff, anything you want to know tomorrow morning then ask counter incharge,. So I don't understand why your hotel put one staff member work at night and can not help the guests. Otherwise, the rest are all OK

My 2nd stay here. The location is a banger as it is located in the city center. An LRT station is nearby too, and it's connected to the lalaport mall which is just across the street from the hotel. Hawker stalls aren't far either, just a five minute walk to a bunch of kopitiam in the area. Service was great, my rooms toilet bowl was stuck and the staff settled it for me quickly. Cleanliness could be improved as I noticed the floor wasn't swept and some rubbish weren't thrown.
