The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant from the moment of check-in. The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s very close to Axiata Arena and Stadium Bukit Jalil, which is extremely convenient for those attending concerts or events in the area. Overall, it offers good value for money with comfortable rooms. However, one downside is that there’s no complimentary parking for guests. I had to pay RM30 per day for parking, which adds up if you’re staying multiple nights. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory and I would consider staying here again.

Seed Hotel is really great! 🌟 The room is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect too — lots of nice eateries right in front of the hotel. Totally satisfied and highly recommended for anyone planning to stay here!

They are unable to provide additional keys which is highly inconvenient as we need the key to access the lift. Can’t go supper becos family members need the key to power up the room. No tissue provided, no shower cap, no slippers. Toothbrush spoilt after one use. No access to Carpark. The whole place is cordoned off and we had to cross barriers to get to the hotel. Difficult to manage with luggages. Lousy pillow. Staff came to knock on door early morning at 8am to make up room. Very unpleasant experience.

berilah 2 kunci bilik, susah orang nak turun naik bilik nak pegi makan atau nak keluar sekejap, sebab naik lift pun kena guna card bilik. Pagi nak beli breakfast kena keluar satu family sbb bila kunci 1 aje, lampu, aircond semua automatik tutup bila tak ltk kunci, ini menyusahkan pelanggan.

The hotel is too old, and the renovation still in progress, the lobby and the hotel room corridor is not in proper condition, you can see the workers are walking around. The receptionist is not experienced enough to fulfil the requirement, had waited some times just to get a blanket. Need improvements on the environment and the staff.
