這個酒店很差勁，禁止在房間抽煙，我朋友到我的房間玩抽了煙，我讓他滅掉了，放到喝剩的飲料裡丟進垃圾桶裡了，而且是放到了最下面，早上退房説我房間很大煙味，垃圾桶找到煙頭，不予退100馬幣的按金。

還可以，就是窗戶是封閉的，燈光有一點暗衞生：還是OK的，環境：有一點吵，可能我住的房間旁邊有那個地鐵的原因、設施：馬馬虎虎

The hotel is located next to the Merdeka Mrt station, convinient for visiting any part of Kuala Lumpur. While hotel check in is quick, the hotel strictly enforced 3pm check-in. The room is bigger compared to other hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The bed is comfortable for a night's rest, the air-conditioning works well, and there is strong water pressure for hot showers. The only drawback is while instant coffee is available, no spoon is provided for stirring.

1. The room wasnt that clean. I even found used contact lense. 2. Theres no bell boy to help with our luggage trolly. So we did push ourselve to the room. When we asked on the staff to help, the staff answered everybody is busy. 3. Facilities were okey, sufficient. 4. Location near mrt that was the best trait. 5. The room was ok. Still i felt not that worthy paying for the room.

stay here because have direct MRT line to Axiata bukit jalil. we come to stay for 1 night for concert. room 629. checked in at 5pm. shower room water is blocked. aircond water leaking and not even cold. i have informed the reception about the problem but they dont let us change room hence we dont have enough time to get ready for the concert start at 8pm. we have to wait for the maintenance to fix our bathroom and aircond. bad experience.

酒店給我們的第一印象就很好，衞生方面，房間打掃得十分乾淨，床鋪整潔，衞生間也沒有異味，能給到4.5分。環境上，酒店外觀挺有特色，靠近茨廠街，美食多；服務真的沒得説，前台工作人員熱情有禮，辦理入住和退房都很迅速：設施上，房間裡的空調、電視等設備都能正常使用，最不好的就是孩子洗澡真不方便，沒花灑；
