The hotel was decent overall. The staff were polite, though not overly warm. The room was clean but a little small, and some of the furniture felt dated. Wi-Fi worked fine, but the connection was slow at times. Breakfast had a fair selection, but nothing special. For the price, it was acceptable.

Le personnel est très sympa et très disponible mais l’hôtel est très vieux mal entretenu les chambres sont sales. L’odeur dans le hall de l’hôtel c’est beaucoup trop fort j’ai l’impression de rentrer dans des toilettes. Le petit dej laisse à désiré. Il faut aussi attendre une quinzaine de minute pour que l’eau de la douche devienne chaude. De plus l’eau chaude a une couleur marron, leur canalisation doivent être bien rouillé. Moi qui ai la peau très sensible je me suis mise à me gratter de partout. Pour un soit disant 4 étoiles mon conjoint et moi sommes extrêmement déçu. Je ne recommande pas.

Booked to be near the SCKLM starting line. Does the job. Breakfast was alright. Had a great sunset view.

Останавливались на 2 суток. Приятно порадовало разделение этажей на курящие и некурящие. Нам достался 22й этаж. Номер небольшой. Есть эл.чайник, большие кружки, холодильник, гладильная доска и утюг ( поерытие испорчено). Удобная кровать, 4 подушки, большое одеяло. На простыне под одеялом оказалось несколько волос, думаю, от горничной ( мужчина убирает номера). Постельное чистое. В целом, нормальный отель, но уже замученный и уставший. Бассейн работает мало: всего с 8 утра до 7 вечера. При заселении берут депозит, легко договорились о депозите в USD, а не в ринггитах. При выселении сразу вернули. Рядом магазин 7/11. Башни Петронас из бассейна не видны, (как на фото выложено) из номера тоже. Персонал доброжелательный, но за помощью и вопросами мы не обращались

The hotel mainly caters to large group tours, during my stay there were several buses of Indian tourists (Not Malaysian) checking in. Old building and facilities, nothing like the photos. No safety lock on the room door. Pillows and pillowcases were dirty with big visible stains (see photo) – totally unacceptable. Room environment was poor: air-conditioning not cold and Wi-Fi extremely weak. The only good point was the parking fee of just RM3 per day, but overall still not worth the stay.
