角部屋、ツインタワーが見える部屋というリクエスト通りの部屋でしたが、隣の部屋がとてもうるさく眠れなかった為、部屋移動をしてもらいました。対応は早く良かったです。移動先の部屋からはツインタワーが見えなかったので殘念でした。 1階のカフェで、コーヒー&マフィンのサービスがあり、マフィンがとても美味しかった。

Location is fantastic. They sell local breakfast sets outside the lobby. House keeping is poor because they wouldn’t give me more mineral waters other than just two miserable ones. He would only give me if we inform the front desk. I believe the management control is way too tight. We were not asking for a carton. TV programs are very limited.

Everything was good during the stay. Hotel a bit old but it's the location that we choose this hotel. Room Aircon always very cold even after turned off. Breakfast was decent for the price paid. Complimentary welcome tea is a good initiative.

여자혼자 3박5일 여행 부킷빈탕역에서 C번출구로 나와서 코너돌아 내리막길로 걸아가면 큰 건물이 보입니다 잘란알로 야시당도 걸어갈수 있는 거리입니다 파빌리온과 숭웨이 롯100 파렌훼이트 등든 가까운 거리에 있습니다

sudah bertahun dan banyak kali tinggal di hotel ni..kali ini betul2 kecewa dengan pihak hotel..hanya di sebabkan setitik darah pihak hotel kenakan tindakan ganti rugi dengan alasan darah ini tidak akan dpt di hilangkan walau pun akan di cuci nanti..seriuslah hotel begini besar tidak dpt hilangkan darah setitik??? saya sudah bagi cadangan untuk saya basuh sendiri hilngkan darah tu tetapi pihak hotel tetap menolak dan mahu mengambil tindakan ganti rugi wang ringgit..sangat kecewa dan ini bakal menjadi kali terakhir saya tinggal di hotel ni..selamat tinggal capitol hotel..terima kasih untuk kenangan selama ini.

訂這里純粹方便去隔離金河廣場看演唱會酒店員工挺nice, 也有會講廣東話的員工房間比較舊式，但算是清潔唯一不好是晚上太吵，街上玩音樂聲加電單車聲

酒店有規定旅客在房間裡吸菸會罰1000馬幣，但房間一進去，煙味特別的重，會不會罰了旅客的吸菸錢，但不清理乾淨？但還好前台小姐姐幫我們解釋説我們是女生不會抽煙，不然他們還想罰我們1000馬幣。總的來説衹有前台服務好，位置好，其他方面都不能接受。

This hotel is quite good for location. Surrounded by the plazas & near to bukit bintang. It’s a quite old hotel but very well in cleanliness. If you rent a car in KL this hotel offered a parking lot at Plaza Low Yat just across the street. I’m not sure wether there’s a new management or not but this last time i visited, this hotel has just downgraded the services. Such as the toilet amenities,room amenities and also the breakfast limits from menus until the duration time. The receptionist some were nice but some were not especially while welcoming the guests. Overall this hotel was just good. For the consideration with the price that the hotel given, they should have improving the services. They are many similiar hotels with the same price even the 4/5 stars hotels.
