Vista fantastica, letto comodissimo. La doccia é un po scomoda perchè senza copertura e le pareti non insonorizzate precludono un po di privacy. La piscina a sfioro ed il rooftop, al 37esimo piano, fantastici. La colazione buona nella qualitá meno nella quantità.

I booked for my friends this time, and they loved it too. The location is ideal—close to everything yet quiet. The unit was clean and well-maintained, just like my previous stays. Plus, the support team was super helpful over the phone whenever we needed anything. Ceylonz Suites never disappoints—highly recommend for a comfy, hassle-free stay! Can’t wait to come back. 😊

Got ants in the room. Toilet exhaust fan falling off half way. Have to buy drinking water from their in-house mini mart. Deposit RM200 by card will be returned within a month.

想要個景觀好一點的沒有滿足，預訂了兩間一間洗澡熱水還挺好，另一間洗澡水不熱。排風扇力度不太夠，洗完澡水汽不能及時排出。

This is our 2nd stay in Ceylonz. The room comes with a kitchen and complete with all the necessities which is great for us to heat up some food. A great view of the Merdeka tower as well. The staff’s response also helpful and fast when we complained about a broken bidet in the bathroom. They have it fixed right away. Definitely will return again next time 🥰

Terrible Experience - Avoid booking from This Agent Roam! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel and its management. The host was utterly irresponsible and failed to provide even the most basic amenities. Despite booking the hotel for 4 people, they didn’t provide enough towels for everyone. To make matters worse, there were no towels available at the swimming pool either. When I tried to reach out to the host to address these issues, they completely ignored my messages and gave no valid explanation for their shortcomings. Even early in the morning, the security staff informed us there were no towels available. The lack of communication and service was frustrating and unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant stay. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and booking with this agent. Save your time, money, and peace of mind!

The infinity pool is the best, especially with KL's sticky weather. It's a bargain at this price range. The pool bar is handy for that drink with reasonable prices for the location. We had an executive room with kitchen so perfect for 3 days . The bathroom is good but no hooks for clothes or bath towels which seems strange. Not sure about ceramic soap dispensers with tiled shower floor The kitchen is nicely fitted but you need to go down on your knees to use the microwave. The room is not cleaned or towels changed in a 3 night stay. Checking in is no problem with helpful staff, but if you are a foreigner the Google refund form is a bad joke. Form requires bank IBAN & swift code. Despite the unnecessary niggles would stay here again

素晴らしいホテル。屋上の喫煙所から見る景色は素晴らしかった。またルーフトッププールは最高の景色だった。よそのルーフトップバーにも行ったが、ここで十分なくらいだった。ホテルの各階に憩いの場があり、そこを訪ねるも面白かった。部屋はとても広く、食器も備え付けてあり、快適だった。何より洗濯機があったことには助かった。いいホテルだし、クアラルンプールにまた行く機會があれば、また泊まりたい。
