It should have clearly stated that this is a service apartment and not a hotel. Although the location is good, but the experience is slightly below average. First, there is no front desk for checkin and need to call them at the security post. Worst is how to make mobile call without local line. The corridor to the apartment has an odd smell. The room is fine but the towels had turned brown from white. This is a real pee off.

Near Pavilion bukit jalil. Just walk 2 minutes. Many stores. Free shuttle bus from Pavilion bukit jalil to Awan Besar bus station. Good location.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Pavillion Shopping Mall with many eateries within. Thr room is clean and quiet. Very convenient to travel by GRAB to anywhere in KL. Will be back again in August 2025.

Nicely furnished and very clean. A note to other guests, for check in you have to contact their number via WhatsApp for the staff to come down and assist you. Bed was comfortable, towels and soap provided, there’s also gym and pool access and a huge (and quiet) mall is next door, so overall it was very worth the price paid. There’s cutlery and dinnerware provided, but would be nice to have a dish rack or cloth to dry them after washing. Also, toilet ventilation is not the best, but not a big deal as long as you leave the door open. My only complaint is there’s only one set of keycards.

Pros: Overall, this SVC APRT is very well located. Just a walk across that Mega BJ Pavilion MALL Room is spacious/new. Adequate provision of towels, floor-rug, shower/hand foam & toilet roll. Cons: vinyl flooring tends to be very slippery, not sure why, maybe due to some polishing ? Rubbish bin can put bigger ones. Shower area at least install a shower curtain/screen, as water tend to splash out easily. ( depending on yr room layout ). Check in needs more co-ordination as guests may not be able to locate it/ and security counter is very noisy [ LADY GUARD ALWAYS shouting on h/p !! :) ] *OVERALL, it was a good stay, recommended for all who needs a place near this HUGE MALL.
