Apartemen lama ada bathtub dan air panas dengan kamar mandi yang luas, ada pendingin protable perlengkapan piring sendok tanpa kompor, untuk harga 100 sd 120rm worth it lah jika tarif lebih dari 150rm mending pilih apartemen yang lain masih banyak yang lebih baik, kebetulan dapat kamar no A 38-17 closed sudah menguning dan pintu kamar setelah di tutup rapat dan terkunci terkadang masih bisa dibuka tanpa menggunakan kunci sangat berbahaya.., kondisi ini sudah saya laporkan semoga ada perbaikan. Untuk lokasi bersebelahan dengan hotel dan dibawah ada mallnya. Ada fasilitas kolam renang dan sauna tapi saat itu rusak info nya.

Good location, but the room is super old. It’s quite bad. The bathroom is flooded. Managed by Indians, whom just give the keys to us at the lobby. Believed to be Airbnb kind. Will not stay again!

Agen kurang mesra pelanggan. Agak lambat untuk dapatkan kunci bilik. Bilik ok, luas. 1 katil king dan 1 katil single tapi katil single seperti dah lama dan nak patah, skru katil pun dah longgar. Lantai bilik air agak licin dan kurang bersih. Yang lain tiada masalah.

Fist of all the stay wasn't bad nor excellent. Prior to our travel by 4 days we asked for early check in at 11 am and a highest floor possible 40+ and a pool view but there was no confirmation. We arrived at 11 am, and meet the responsible person at the lobby of east tower berjaya times square apartments, and asked if we can check in earlier than 14:00 , he said in order to check in earlier we have to pay 50 ringet , we accept it as we coming from 18 hour 訂房網站 with kids, and a deposit of 200 ringet in cash without a bill or return voucher., of course the deposit was returned after checking out. We checked in at 11:30 but the personnel still cleaning for around 15 min. The rooms are specious and clean,but furnitures outdated old and wear and tear carpets from long use. The cleaning services are okay. We didn't use any of amenities pools or gym as was all day out in aqua parks and hanging around. But the pool and amenities are good in hotel. So in general it's ok if you don't mind the old furnitures and wear and tear carpets. The good is the location below of you trade mall and plenty of restaurants and cafes, everything is close to you either metro, taxi and sight seeing. For this price you cold have much better furnetured rooms either in same building or near by. PS: if you plan to keep your luggage with them, then it's a paid service . Regards
