So far so good. My family enjoyed it. At level 1 you will got everything such as clinics, hair cut shop, coffee shop, Mart, Mynews etc. Also at level 6 got bowling and level 7 swimming pool.

I had a pleasant stay at UTMKL Residence. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the swimming pool and gym. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice city view. Location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here sebab dekat dengan tempat kerja. Keadaan bilik elok. Tapi lantai macam berpasir sikit. Aircond masalah. Tak sejuk. Semua aircond dekat bilik-bilik UTM residensi ni memang tak sejuk ke macam mana ek? Lepas tu, business tak pulang modal ke? Tuala dah lusuh siap koyak-koyak pulak tu. Sedih nor. Gambar adalah bukti

Номера так себе. Уставшие. Хорошие завтраки. На крыше есть доступ к бассейну.Это действительно понравилось. На первом этаже много еды малазийская кухня. Из минусов:неудобное расположение.до ближайшего метро топать почти 2 км. И очень позднее заселение в 15:00. Мне пришлось 2 часа сидеть в лобби и ждать,когда заселят.Постельное так же не помешало бы обновить. Кажется,что его слишком долго используют,то ли не совсем чистое. На 3 из 5

bilik selesa dengan kemudahan yg ada. sarapan banyak pilihan. staff ramah mesra. di bawah hotel banyak facilities seperti restoran. food court, kedai serbaneka, kedai printing dan lain-lain.
