El hotel esta muy bien ubicado pero la habitación que nos ofrecieron tenía unas vistas horrendas a la ciudad, cosa contraria a lo que se nos ofertó en 訂房網站. La bañera de ha habitación estaba arrancada, el aire acondicionado roto y hacía mucho ruido, hay una discoteca en las inmediaciones que se escuchó hasta las 3 de la mañana y a las 6:30 había obreros en el hotel taladrando. Imposible descansar!!

Very comfortable room, especially newly renovated room, classy common walkway outside of room. Very nice and comfort king size bed with big TV, fully equipped kitchen utensils and electrical appliance. Big toilet with lots of space and a bathtub. Cool aircond, I expect no more. Kudos to Lisa hospitality.

Here is my summary of the stay. The facilities were okay as a suite, but I have never seen worse service. The shampoo and soap were the same! Breakfast: there was nothing! There was no safety box in the room. Renovations were ongoing, so the elevator was busy or very dusty. The internet did not work with the username and password provided. And worst of all, there was loud banging at night, which ended at 8:00 AM.

The hotel is located right in the city of KL. Our room was clean, comfortable, and its was upgraded to studio room (thank you!). However, the parking is a big downside — the entrance is very narrow, and cars can easily get scratched. Because of this, I might not choose to stay here again.

泳池沒去，主要是酒店網很差，我是隨時需要用電腦辦公的，wifi一直斷斷續續，非常惱火，還有一點就是淋浴水很涼，放多久都是涼的，本來打算住好幾天的，果斷換了，房間空間還是挺大的

1.位置是真的好，離吉隆坡兩大商場 sunrise klcc和pavilion都是步行10分鐘左右可達，吃飯購物非常方便。 2.價格非常實惠，2月3-8日平均每晚820元，這房間因為是兩個房間拼起來的聯通房所以真的有200㎡，我們三大兩小住的非常寬敞。 3.房內設施很全，有鍋碗瓢盆、麵包機、燒水壺、微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱、洗衣機（帶烘乾功能），兩間衞生間都有浴缸。 4.房間雖然每天打擾但是衞生方面確實不盡如人意，比如真的有小蟑螂，見圖片。還有就是水質確實一般，浴缸放水和廚房用碗接的水都是偏黃綠色，煮泡麵我們就用的提供的礦泉水，洗澡就衹能用這個黃綠色的水，但好像還好，我們五個人都沒有過敏或者其他什麼異常，介意的朋友如果訂他們家可以帶個過濾芯什麼的。

방이 엄청 넓고 수압도 너무 좋아요. 얼굴인식 시스템이 처음에는 좀 불편했지만 익숙해지니 크게 신경 안쓰이네요. 조식이 부실한건 아쉽습니다.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to popular attractions and easy to access. However, the room was disappointing – it felt unclean, and I had to kill a few baby cockroaches during my stay. With better cleanliness and attention to detail, this place could be a much better option. View from pool is awesome
