住了10幾天，換了十個地方 就這個最不滿意 酒店大堂沒有排隊的地方，一團糟，不爭先不大吵的話就不服務你 酒店外也沒有門牌，走錯了（有相） 只兩個衣架，想多要一個也不可以 房間沒有紙巾，只能用廁所紙巾 住了10幾天，每個酒店都肯定有點不足，就這個酒店態度極差，忍不住寫一個差評

衞生可以 交通方便 環境好 服務到位 設施齊全 周邊很多吃的 步行可以到周邊的商場 TRX 伯年廣場 夜市很多吃的 消費也不貴

the room is big and spacious enough for a family of 4. For the price wise, I think the location & amenities provided is good enough. However, I wouldn't say the cleanliness is top-notch. If you are not particular with a little bit of stains, etc, it's a good deal.

酒店的位置很理想，非常靠近大的shopping centre如Pavilion KL, Lot 10, Sungei Wang shopping, 還很靠近地鐵，大行的美食街，美食中等等。可是酒店方面就有些舊了，應該要反新。

離武吉免登Bukit Bintang出口約700公尺，地點算是不錯，房間情況還算可以，但缺點冰箱不冷(用室內冷氣搞不好比冰箱冷)，提報前台無解，告知有生乳蛋糕要冰也無法幫忙解決，前台無中文服務亦無法解決事情。

冷蔵庫が冷えなかった！シャワーホース千切れてた！ 床がヌルヌルしてた！ビール飲んで寢るだけなので気にしません。清潔感あって、外裝も扉もオシャレでこの価格帯なら満足です。😊

Very disappointing stay. Bedsheets were dusty and covered with black hairs. My whole body became extremely itchy , I couldn’t sleep at all and ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was unbearable. My skin was itchy all over. On top of that, a staff member came knocking at 11:15 AM asking me to check out, even though check-out time is before 12 PM. Extremely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back

The room was really great, the air conditioning was so cool. The bathroom has a heater on a shower and at the sink. It also has a body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. There are also iron, iron board and hair dryer in the room that we booked.
