非常的好，很是滿意，房間乾淨又衞生，房間的空間非常大而且，住4個人非常非常舒坦，很滿意的一次居住體驗！

不是菲斯酒店的客房，根本就是私人承包的低端公寓，千萬不要被白金套房等名稱騙了，純屬掛羊頭賣狗肉。 衞生差的不行，一進門餐桌上就很多螞蟻一樣的蟲子，工作人員上來處理後，第二天又冒出來很多，冰箱旁邊的櫥櫃上也是！ 房間裡沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機！沒有全身鏡！沒有熱水壺！應沒盡沒！！ 更可怕的是毛巾是臟的發黑的不知道用過多少年的！根本沒法洗澡用！！ 房間的電視機被拆掉了，客廳的電視機根本打不開~ 服務員是3名男性印度裔，收按金沒有收據。等你大半夜好不容易辦完入住發現這些問題的時候，根本不敢喊人來服務。 樓頂的無邊泳池也看不到雙子塔，被旁邊酒店樓完全擋住。 優點也不是完全沒有，比如寬敞，牆上櫥櫃特別多，毫無用處，窗戶外面景色還能看看的。 總之要入住的做好心理預期！

Both toilet doors can’t be locked, Lots of cigarette ash under the sofa, pool was under maintenance but we are not informed ( actually we are there for the pool and view only) so it was such a disappointment. Support staff are ok, abt 1 hour to send up extra towel and pillows. All kitchen ware are worn out and unhygienic. The exhaust fan sound was horrendous we can’t even turn it on when sleeping. Overall is injustice to those people Who was hoping for a fun family staycation.

We booked for 3 BR, but when we arrived they said it was sold out, then try to give us separate apartement. We didnt accept And then they tried to give another apartement 2BR + extra bed in the living room. But they tried to give us exactly 3BR apartement that they said from another company. The rooms were cleaned But no hot water, we couldm't do laundry, remote ac only 1 for 3 BR

I had experience staying in apartment residences in KL and this is possibly the worst experience ever. The condition of the unit given to us was very bad. Starting from the first thing we stepped into the unit, the air con controller was not working and it took them literally the next day to deliver the promised battery. Based on the number of attached pictures, you can tell how bad the state of the unit is. -broken air con cover -dirty sofa cushion seat -broken bidet spray -stained towel -stained bedsheet -uneven flooring(unable to cover the door completely) Honestly, I’ve never take the effort to comment how good or bad my hotel stay is but this time is really different. I believe the room provider has to improve on its service and the condition of the unit or risk losing more customer. Pros: location and rooftop infinity pool
