EkoCheras Moka 呢間酒店勝在佔盡地利——駁住 MRT 站，樓下商場食肆一應俱全，行幾步就落到樓食嘢，極度方便；房內空間夠大、設備算齊，治安亦令人放心。不過細節就真係好考人智商同耐性：停車場迷宮一樣，出口指示極度含糊，好似玩緊密室逃脫；最反人類係個電梯系統，機箱內部完全無顯示層數都算，仲要分開左右兩邊，要兩邊跑去撳製，等電梯等如練短跑。入住期間完全「純天然無人打掃」，加上房內無牙膏牙刷同洗衣液，整體屬於「底子唔錯，但經營態度十分佛系」嘅體驗。 EkoCheras Moka shines in location—seamlessly connected to the MRT, with a mall and endless dining options downstairs, spacious rooms, decent security, and solid basic amenities. However, staying here is a test of IQ and patience. The carpark exit signs are so vague you'll feel trapped in an escape room. Worse, the elevator design is pure chaos: inside cab screens don't show current floors, and call buttons are split across two separated corridors, forcing guests to sprint back and forth just to summon a lift. With zero housekeeping throughout the stay, plus no complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, or laundry detergent, the hotel operates on a strictly "DIY, self-service" philosophy that leaves much to be desired in hospitality.

Let's start with parking—it was quite a hassle, and my friend almost gave up and wanted to head back home. However, once we entered the property, we felt immediately at ease. We absolutely loved the duplex unit; the room was incredibly cozy! Initially, I struggled to open the king room bedroom door, but it turned out that the door required a twist to open. When we first arrived, the bedroom with two queen beds had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. However, we encountered some issues with the WiFi and TV, but the team promptly addressed and resolved them after I reached out via WhatsApp. Their service truly deserves a 10/10. When we visited level 31 to enjoy the swimming pool, gym, and sauna, we were absolutely thrilled. We spent nearly an hour in the sauna and steam room—it was well worth the money. Ensure you try their sauna and steam, okay! I highly recommend visiting this place, but I suggest using MRT or Grab for transportation.

Pengalaman yang sangat seram dekat ekocheras suites tapi it okay, pihak hotel sangat bertanggungjawab ya. Mintak tukar bilik kali 3 baru okay. Sorry kami bukan lah cerewet bab penginapan tapi kami bawak kids, so untuk keselesaannya kami memang fikir panjang. So bagi kami suites ni memang terbaikla, apa apa masalah kene tanya pihak hotel so pihak hotel bertanggungjawab dan memudah kami. Terima kasih😊 saya serta kan gambar bilik yang ke 2 ya. Yang pertama dan ke tiga x ambil dah sebab sangat penat

The apartment itself is great and so is the staff. But the sauna is unusable, because it’s full of mold and literally rotting away. Also the lock of the door was inches away from completely braking and the owner apparently still refused to get it repaired.

My second time staying here; but first time having to deal with staff at the ground floor. Towels are still very old and haven’t been replaced. Check in was fine but wasn’t welcoming. Check out was lovely and smooth.

The customer service will send you the video of each location, the check in counter, the carpark location. Make sure to look at them and memorize. The car park is a huge 1 and with very minimum sign board, I recommend to take your car and identify where is the parking lot and entrance to the designated block. After this 2 difficult part is settle, the others are just fine. Rooms are cheap with such rate. Shopping mall is just located downstairs.
