地理位置好，酒店服務很好，員工有禮貌，酒店提供免費下午茶，枕頭，吹風機都可以選擇，房間迷你吧提供周到還免費(再要當然要加錢)，房間隔音好(樓下燈火通明樓上還是安安靜靜)，雙號房對著lot10,單號對著雙子塔。不足之處，房間床架邊和床頭櫃的邊邊，因為久了，有裂開，很鋒利，我小孩的手颳了條6cm的口；晚上馬桶有點異味，可能因為我們關浴室燈，抽風機也跟著關了。

在訂房網站預訂CP值很高的飯店，位在市中心，旁邊就有好幾家百貨公司，很好逛街。十號胡同的餐點都好吃，對面走幾步路就是很棒的印度餐廳。櫃檯服務人員很熱情，我們提早到，讓我們在大廳休息；而且還幫忙協助網路訂巴士車票。下午茶可以回飯店休息，解熱，是貼心的一項服務。

Отличный отель! Чистый, уютный. Вежливый персонал. Завтраки отличные, на любой вкус. В номере есть вода, сок, чай, кофе, сахар. Чистое постельное белье. У нас изменились даты заезда, написала в отель и мне пошли любезно на уступки и перенесли бронь, хотя бронирование было невозвратным. Кто пишет, что нет зубных наборов, около лифта стоит корзинка, там можно взять всё что угодно и в любом количестве. Бассейн хороший, уютный, там есть бар и выдают полотенца. Отель рекомендую

21時過ぎチェックインでしたが、フロントの方の対応が素晴らしかった。コミュニケーションをとるのにパソコンを使って日本語変換して案內してくれました。客室にコンパクトな丸テーブルがあると良かったです。居室內冷蔵庫の冷えが物足りないので、飲み物が冷えなかった。移動には最高の立地でした

給酒店的服務打滿分！在很市中心的地方，走路到pv衹需要5分鐘，性價比我覺得是挺好的，而且早餐真的很好吃哈哈！推薦！

Great location! Super close to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor Food Street. Arrived late at night that had an easy check-in. Room was a bit dirty but the next day the staff made sure to clean it again. The hotel provides a lot of services and has a lot of good bonuses like a welcome drink, pool, and afternoon tea from 3-5pm with free flow wine from 4-5pm. The afternoon tea is very good deal and a nice time to return to the hotel to relax after sightseeing. Also right across from the hotel are a lot of good places to get breakfast like roti canai and Teh Tarik like at Restoran Nasi Kandar Umar which is open 24 hrs and cheap! Also check out the nearby malls like Lot10 and Pavilion for shopping and good eats as well.

Staying at The KL Journal Hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their attentive and thoughtful service. The room was not only stylish and comfortable, but also felt like a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The location is superb — perfectly placed for exploring, yet offering a quiet escape when you return. It’s rare to find a hotel that blends comfort, character, and hospitality so seamlessly. The best there is for mid range hotel. We arrived on the 16/09/2025 greeted with big smile by front office staff Mr. Fareed. The check in was smooth and short. He explained to us that our mini bar will be filled daily and there is high tea at 3.00pm everyday for guests. Once arrived to our room they suprised us with a little welcoming anniversary(need to let them know early) thank you very much Mr. Rohaizad! Our family will treasure these moments and we will come back and stay here again. 5/5 in every aspects there is, keep up this excellent service.

Had a pleasant one-night stay in KL with my kids. The location is great, just walking distance to Bukit Bintang. I really liked the welcoming hi-tea buffet for customers – such a thoughtful touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends when they visit KL.

Location is excellent within walking distance to Pavilion and Lot 10. The Bukit Bintang MRT is also about 7 minutes walk away. Deposit box is in the drawer and so are the 3 pairs of sandals. Flat TV and fridge available. Bathroom Is clean with rain and spray shower heads. Hair dryer is inside the bathroom. Tooth brushes, small bottles of shampoo and body wash provided and of course the bath towels. Breakfast was simple but nice. There was also a free flow of finger food during tea time at 3pm. Infinity pool is at the roof top. There is also a very small gym near the pool. Rooftop view of the surrounding buildings makes good photography. Happy with our stay. Service was excellent from security, front office and restaurant. Special mention to server - Anamul who took the extra mile for the hotel guests.
