Not so smooth service upon check in. The staff overlooked our booking, saying he didnt received our booking and we couldnt stay at the residence as it was fully book and we have to liase with 訂房網站 to give a refund and make new booking elsewhere. It was a frustrating moment. After we got the refund from 訂房網站, the staff told us that he found the booking!. I have to contact 訂房網站 again! And paid roaming charges because of the staff! Bedrooms and facilities are superb. Very large bedroom and living room. Cozy and we loved it so much. And facing KLCC. Nearby to attractions and shopping malls

Забронировали большую квартиру на 22 этаже кондоминиума с видом на башни, гостиная-кухня, спальня, три кровати, в доме бассейн, детская площадка, тренажерный зал, безконтактный магазин, обзорка на крыше. Местонахождение: 5 до башен идти 20 минут с коляской. Номера: 5 чисто, вид на башни 😍 WiFi: 5.

Nice！因為本來訂了一間，設備壞咗，安排了2間給我們，衛生都好乾淨，治安Ok，房間望到雙子塔和吉隆坡塔，環境Ok！Sogo在附近！值得住！

this my 4th with this property. my previous experience was very satisfying and all the facilities were excellent. unfortunately, this time, he pool is under maintenance and host not inform us. and the towel smells bad like vomit..

我對這個酒店真的很滿意，房間大，8樓的泳池是我女兒的最愛，人很少，關鍵還有洗衣烘乾一體機，泳衣可以立馬乾，省去了很多煩惱，地段也不錯，離市中心各景點都不遠，Grab10元左右可以去很多地方。那麼缺點來了，最讓人受不了的就是沒有服務，沒有前台不要緊，很多民宿都沒有，但你至少告訴人家怎麼入住，我們到那什麼都不知道，除了打電話沒別的路可走，打電話聯繫客服，客服在聯繫他們，再等小哥過來接頭給房卡，還要收300按金，然後走的時候你還得找客服，找小哥退錢，這點真的很麻煩，很多別的民宿做的很好，把鑰匙放在指定地點，給密碼就好了，還有房間裡的電器使用方法也應該告知客戶，我們都是自己研究，真的其他都很好，就是沒有服務。

Located close to major attractions in Kuala Lumpur like KL tower, Hard Rock Cafe, Bukit Bintang and KLCC, this modern serviced apartment offers large studio room fully equipped with room amenities you could think of; Samsung 2 in 1 washing machine + dryer, Samsung door-lock system, Netflix on smart TV, cooking pots and pans, powerful A/C and hot water. There is no front desk for checking in, so after booking your stay you need to contact the respective host to meet and collect keys. You need to prepare a hefty amount of RM 300 for security deposit upon checking in. You'll be given one access card to access all levels, elevators and doors on this apartment so it's wise no to lose it. There's a pool, playground and gym as well as breathtaking view of KL city skyline at the rooftop level. During our stay, the lighting was not working well so the parking was dark and the elevator to pool level was faulty too. On the positive side, mamak stalls and fine dining eateries and cafes are available within walking distance and we absolutely love it.

優點: 地理位置還行。距離地鐵站400米。走路10分鐘有大商場，裡面有超市和吃飯的地方。距離獨立廣場走路20分鐘。房間比較大。這些都是房子本身。缺點: 衞生不好，都是殺蟲劑的味道。床單也噁心。關鍵是，不給清潔！不給清潔！不給清潔！另外礦泉水也給得超級不情願，一瓶水衹有200毫升啊！拖鞋牙刷什麼的更沒有了。我覺得沒有可以，但是你不能在説明上寫上麼！騙別人是酒店服務，來了就是個民宿！房頂其實有很好的夜景，也都不提前告知，就是服務太差了！
