A regular customer here coz it’s nearby to BE Intl office. Very friendly staff . Sometimes they will upgrade my room :)

Terrible ever receptionist. The room is not as per ur app description. I’m sorry to say, the dump old uncle receptionist had to much words. The description of my booking is room with window. If u don’t hav it, just say politely & apologise. No need to argue too much. It is not ok for some people to hav room without window. The purpose of having window is not for view only, it’s for better aeration & importantly for me having to know what’s going on outside. U no need to argue with me hav nothing to see outside, & told me room is just for sleep only, ur cleaver uncle even said the pic & description in the app is just for display, not true. Excellent job. I promise to giv bad ass review & now u got it. Mayb the uncle thought I don’t dare to call up customer service to complaint & congratulation u are wrong too. Thanks.

Had to pay extra RM20 for tourism tax despite the fact that I had already paid for it via 訂房網站 :( It seemed the hotel does not recognize the e-Receipt from 訂房網站 and required a separate "tax invoice" just for the tourism tax.

Steve the Manager is very accommodating . I’ve been a regular customer because it’s close to my biz office and it’s easy to communicate and get instructions for late check in or if I forget my room key . Easy to whats app me since I don’t have local number : the only feedback I can give is to put notice on walls for other customers to observe peace and quiet after 10 pm to 7 am . Security need to regularly check every floor for any noisy loud customers . Thanks

From the moment I reached , the staff welcomed me with flowers and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed.
