1. Bilik ada LIPAS! Bukan satu tapi banyak.. Lipas mcm dlm gambar.
2. Bilik tiada tuala. Lepas kali ketiga request baru staff hantar.
3. Tandas banyak soap scum/lime soap & kulat.
4. Yang boleh puji hanya SAHUR. Makanan simple, panas dan sedap.
Overall, semoga management boleh upgrade keadaan bilik dan buat pest control.

Hotel sangat strategic. Check in check out mudah. Location memang sebelah je jalan tar tu. Jalan sikit ke sogo. Shopping raya ok lah dok hotel ni. Parking pun disediakan. RM 7 kalau tak silap deducted Dari tng.

Bilik ok cumanya kurang selesa sebab kat dalam bilik ada lipas😅,brekfast ok tapi bru nak pkul 9 makanan takda😅 dah sedih gak la nasi lemak sedap tapi untuk mee goreng pedas sangat..lokasi hotel memang terbaik dekat dengan tempat makan dan shopping..overall hotel ni memuaskan dan untuk harga pun terbaik.ada rezeki akan stay lagi dekat hotel ni.

This is my second time to Campbell Hotel. Center location, Sogo is just across and Jalan Tar nearly behind. There's mall inside the building. Just need to improve the registration because it's a bit slow. Everything else is good.

I recently stayed at the Grand Campbell Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and found it to be a budget-friendly option. The hotel appears newly renovated with freshly painted walls, creating a pleasant ambiance. The location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to Campbell Mall and within walking distance to SOGO, is convenient.
The presence of a 7-Eleven in the same building is a plus for quick necessities. However, I encountered a downside as there were small roaches in the room. Fortunately, they provided Shieldtox upon request. Despite this, the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the bed was both clean and odor-free.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and it's worth noting that the reception requested a deposit upon late arrival, despite the lack of nearby open ATMs. After some inconvenience, they eventually waived the deposit requirement.
In summary, the Grand Campbell Hotel offers affordability, cleanliness, and a central location, but be mindful of minor inconveniences like water pressure and the deposit policy.

1st time check in this hotel and the staff hotel waa very friendly. Room was clean and tidy. My family was enjoy it. Breakfast waa included in this price and the food was tasty. Recommended to book for traveller who was to shoping @ SOGO MALL.
