非常喜歡這個酒店，在最奢華的柏威年廣場裡，地理位置十分優越，位於繁華的商業中心。房間又大又新，設施非常棒，頂層有無邊泳池和健身房，酒店離雙子塔和水族館都不遠。商場裡的餐飲太豐富了，足不出戶就可以暢飲天下美食，下次來還住這裡。

房間很乾凈也很舒適關於健身房和泳池,工作人員太少男桑那房燈壞了,炭管也有也有損壞,已經通知工作人員但隔天還是ー樣. 這是4星級半酒店,不該存在的問題

酒店地理位置在市中心，內部電梯與柏威年商場連接超級方便，商場有天橋直達雙子塔是我最滿意的地方。酒店私密性很好，不過在辦理入住的時候前台工作人員忘記告訴早餐時間，等我想起來去問前台的時候，當時並沒有會説中文的工作人員，衹有一位戴頭巾的女士，所以我跟她説了英文，因為她説話有明顯口音且語速過快，我並沒有聽懂，所以重複問了兩三遍，她見我依舊沒聽懂，麵露不悅的掏出手機準備翻譯給我，這時有一位站在她旁邊的男士用慢語速告訴了我，我才聽明白。這是入住期間唯一讓我覺得不舒服的地方，因為酒店其他員工都很好，麵露微笑主動跟我打招呼。酒店其他地方我都很喜歡，早餐豐盛，房間設施很好，交通便利，離開吉隆坡好幾天了，依舊有些想念。下次來吉隆坡玩還會入住該酒店～

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) We had a lovely stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat in the middle of the city. The biggest plus is the location! It was directly connected to Pavilion Mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and gave us the restful break we needed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for both my wife and me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

ホスピタリティが最高で、何から何までサポートしてくださいました。一點、殘念だったのは、アメニティが使いにくかった事です。シャワーソープやコンディショナーなど、使おうとしたら出てこなくで補充を頼まないといけなくなった事ぐらいです。それ以外は最高でした。朝食も最高。毎日、內容も変更されていました。

On the first day of check-in, I found the room had remnants of fried rice, peanuts, and potato chip crumbs. I reported this to the hotel right away, yet the cleaning staff arrived slowly to clean it. With us being in the room, it felt quite crowded, so we had to step out to let them vacuum. The entire process was rather puzzling, and most importantly, the hotel did not offer an apology.

酒店的位置一流，服務水平也很高，員工很有禮貌，可是設施及酒店房內的設備也開始變舊，相對價錢沒有早期那麼優秀了！而且早餐方面雖然多元化，質素也變得不太優秀，尤其係水果方面，最遺憾的是向著街景的房間，深夜很嘈，因為外面的馬路很繁忙，有些電單車引擎非常嘈。

非常喜歡這個酒店，在最奢華的柏威年廣場裡，地理位置十分優越，位於繁華的商業中心。房間又大又新，設施非常棒，頂層有無邊泳池和健身房，酒店離雙子塔和水族館都不遠。商場裡的餐飲太豐富了，足不出戶就可以暢飲天下美食，下次來還住這裡。
