酒店服務很好👍🏻晚上10點入住大概花了15分鐘完成✅ 早餐選擇很多🍴但味道沒有特別驚艷 可也不會很難吃 唯一的差評就是洗澡的花灑🚿水太小了！根本沒有辦法洗澡！

離馬來亞大學很近，地鐵站也不遠，十分鐘旅程。房間大，也很乾凈。前台好像並不懂中文，不太能很好溝通，衹是入住一兩晚沒啥問題。

整體是一個很不錯且高級的酒店，房間相當大而且我是參與活動，幾乎都很方便且有很多升降機，唯一缺點是外國人登記需要支付六十元馬幣而這個其他酒店少有的安排。 地點不算比較近市中心但旁邊都有商場和MRT，只是走起來不算是比較方便，起碼沒有在klcc方便，但以價錢來算拋開距離算是物超所值！

酒店步行有地鐵站，週邊有商場，有馬拉人小夜市，去景點也分便！酒店一向規定不可以拿榴槤及山竹入房，否則罸款，如弄汙糟床單也要賠錢！房間掉失也要罸款！注意便可！酒店體驗感很好，未有不滿地方，合理要求都馬上跟進！值得推介俾中港澳台同胞來住👍👍

價錢吸引，房間空間充足，擺放行李地方乾淨，也提供了即棄拖鞋。是次入住位於中層， wi-fi提供穩定，並沒出現其他評論中wi-fi不穩定的情況。酒店設施齊備，洗手間用品也充足。 地點距離KL sentral station 10多分鐘私家車程，最接近的railway train station 和最接近的KL Gateway mall大概有十分鐘步行路程，要在大馬路之間行走， 有些不方便。出入主要用Grab。 旁邊的公路車輛嘈雜聲在晚上也能聽得到，隔音效果可再改善。 房間人員打掃時遺下了他們的清潔用品，有點大意。房間內有些地方如抽屜中有不少灰塵，有時浴巾有黑點，五星級酒店來說有少許令人失望。

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The only downside was the shower, the water pressure was a bit too strong, and it took some time to find a comfortable balance. Also, the bathrobe I requested had a big hole in it & quite funny actually, but perhaps it’s time to retire that one or get it mended! On a positive note, I truly appreciate the thoughtful fruit arrangement from the Duty Manager. Thank you as well for taking my previous feedback seriously. Wyndham Bangsar continues to be my top choice whenever I visit Malaysia for work.

The room is huge. I particularly liked the toilet, where bath tub and separate shower were provided. The room has a large couch and an office table as well. The body shampoo they provided was of a pleasant long-lasting sage smell which I really really liked. Overall I’m very satisfied with the room. However, prior to arrival, I kept getting notifications to ask me to do a pre-arrival check in. So I did. And my credit card got charged usd1 out of nowhere, don’t know for what purpose. Clarified with the hotel front desk but they just said it’s HQ policy??? And I also don’t know what’s the purpose of the pre-arrival check in. Because on the day itself, I still had to complete the check in process at the front desk. It’s not like I get to collect the room key straight upon arrival if I completed the pre-arrival check in. In short, I paid USD1 for nothing. Overall, you will have a delightful stay at the hotel, if you skip the pre-arrival check in and pre-check out (which I ignored).
