Strategic location of the hotel,the hotel conditions quiet concerning but still the cleanliness are good except a few amenities are not much good.However,the room was comfortable for families.Just lack of housekeepers work as the delay in cleaning for the room before check in.Overall,I’m satisfied to deal with the hotel management because of the good interaction and nice service.

first time duduk hotel ni, berikut merupakan ketidakpuasan hati saya 1. tandas yang kotor dan berbau 2. bantal yang kotor 3. aircond yg tak berfungsi sampai bilik rasa panas 4. bila call receptionist tolong check,recepetionist sangat berlagak seolah² dia pemilik hotel tersebut dan tak dtg check pun aduan saya tersebut

One of the worst experience. Out of 5 nights staying there, they made up the room only once! Hotel has no lift. Pity the owner, the power supply did not cut off even if we remove the access card.

Masuk2 bilik je dah banyak lipas and anak2 lipas😫 everywhere ok dari almari sampai ke atas tilam and tandas😭😭😭😭😭 yihhhh nasib baik booking untuk tidur je. Tu pun tidur dalam ketakutan takut lipas pergi kat badan and muka😭 and pintu tandas tak dapat nak tutup. Dah tu je, staff pun ok

Lain2 smua ok.. Cuma perlu sediakan sejadah untuk solat di dalam bilik bagi kegunaan orang yang beragama islam 😃. Apapun servis adalah amat memuaskan 👍
