酒店外表黑色，前台登記處很low，排隊人三位，速度超慢，住宿按金馬幣200，停車費馬幣5元一天。停車位轉上7樓，這個很不舒服，轉得頭暈腦脹。電梯速度可以。房間衞生不行，床頭骯臟，灰塵毛髮。毛髮很多，床上，枕頭，地上，全是毛髮。床單，枕頭套，很多黃和黑色印跡，還有拉絲綠色的液體印，感覺沒有打掃衞生就讓新客戶入住。由於房間電話，就網上訂房網站.com找到電話聯繫住宿單位要求更換床單，等了1小時，再聯繫，再等了1小時，直接到前台説一聲，前台小姐姐態度很好，道歉後安排人搞好衞生，10分鐘內完事。泳池可以。退房時，退按金，速度快，這個加分。全程沒有發脾氣，衹是笑以面對，以後不住著。

酒店位置還不錯，就是停車還要另外收費，個人覺得至少應該一間房給一給停車位，然後覺得房間裡面應該給酒店一次性拖鞋或放幾雙拖鞋在房間裡面，讓入住的客人進到房間可以換上拖鞋比較衞生，因為房間地上衞生不是很乾凈，腳踏上會覺得粘粘的，如果有拖鞋穿上感覺會好一點

衞生間天花板漏水，上廁所的時候水會滴到腿上。淋浴間外面有個台階，稍微不注意就會絆倒，很危險。房間裡有蟲子，爬到我的褲子上，嚇死我了。房間的插頭也是壞的。不過住的樓層比較高，看夜景還是不錯的。

房間整潔，能看到雙子塔，洗衣機（帶烘乾）熱水器熨斗啥的都有。樓下雙門禁，這個價格能訂到這樣質量的確實沒話説。夜景也不錯，但是不會再訂這家了，前台非常非常非常死板，必須200馬幣現金，沒有任何通融，之前也並不知道需要現金的訊息導致去換很麻煩，因為衹來吉隆坡過渡玩一天去泰國，所以身上沒預留很多現金，然後就是必須下午三點入住，上午十一點退房。馬來西亞大多酒店民宿都是要求下午三點入住，但是基本都可以通融，這家最離譜的地方在於三點前不允許辦任何手續導致三點開始很多人排隊辦理入住。反正服務體驗很差，還有酒店沒有拖鞋。就房間而言性價比特別高，服務全是糟心的，總結就是如果你能接受11.00-15.00這四個小時的空檔期以及有足夠的現金，也不需要任何服務可以選擇這家，確實性價比高。另外推薦大家境外訂酒店都選擇訂房網站，比如這次和第三方平台其實沒啥關係但還是在積極幫助我解決問題，和前台溝通想很多辦法，以及上次在檳城。境外酒店選訂房網站就對了agoda ，bokking那些不會幫你解決問題。國內第三方平台訂房網站的客服是最認真負責的説實話，客服姐聲音好聽業務能力很強。邏輯思維也比較敏捷。

The worst place I’ve been since last years I’m travelling Asia . Understand the “budget” hotel which is not an hotel as is a rental apartment which is really different, but the cleanliness has to be always on top as priority. The photo I took speak by then self abt the cleaning. Ah forgot, every hotel (real hotel) I’ve checked in, they always brief you during check in about facilities, amenities and how everything works there, this place only ask passport and money for deposit! That’s all! 2 building with same name but apparently with different management. The one I ended up seems they don’t clean you room, they don’t replace bath towel, they don’t task garbage and they don’t even replace toilette paper after 3 days we were there. I’ve been told only: you have to request it you need housekeeper! No comment! And this say a lot about the lack of hygiene of the place. Most ridiculous u have to pay for the pool at roof top, just to have a view , 20 rimb but for what. Is not clear as they fit even have enough chairs to accommodate 10 people! The guy at the desk to check if you pay and open a door for you seems place there against his will! Forget about this place! There are much better in KL and around this area!

Very bad experience at this hotel. The bathroom door was broken, and the room had cockroaches crawling on the floor. I booked a room with a city view but was given a regular room with no view at all. I requested the staff multiple times to change the room, even offered to pay extra, but they were not helpful and simply ignored my concerns. Poor service and poor hygiene — I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful, large space, and I really appreciate that they gave us a room with city view, facing petronas tower as well. The staff are very kind, the hotel has 24/7 convenient store also. I will surely come back here and recommend this hotel! Thank you very much to the staff! 🥰🫶 I love Malaysia!

房間&風景都很好總體來説都不錯就是附近沒什麼吃的但問題不大最嚴重的問題是隔音很差很差我衹是在房間普通走路樓下的住客上來敲門罵我喊我出來問我為什麼一直跳來跳去還警告我叫我注意一點他不會再來第二次我才入住不到兩小時而且我根本沒跳很差的體驗，也很危險

酒店48樓有無邊泳池可以看到雙子塔，需要交20馬幣。前台比較友好，房間裡設施也比較齊全。有洗衣機，提供洗衣液，不提供拖鞋。房間挺溫馨的，樓下也有自助販賣機和便利店。提醒:需要交按金，200馬幣或者300人民幣。性價比挺高的。

Switched rooms once because the shower has no covers just a glass partition which was weird for friends of diff genders to use. They changed our room the next day and it had a beautiful biew of the Petronas which was perfect!! Loved our stay here bur was not able to use the pool since in closes early.
