入住7天體驗還不錯，除了離市區有段距離外其他都還可以，頂樓有泳池和健身房，可惜沒時間使用。 1到3樓有超市、美食街、餐廳以及其他商店，隔一條街對面也有K88大型美食街，蠻方便的。 另外商家會要求收取訂金馬幣200，建議標註在訂房網站.com平台，而不是私下才跟客人說，感覺不太好，希望這部分能改善。

Booked room type with 1queen bed + 1 single bed but actual room only 1 queen+sofa bed, wrong information, then we need to book another room, price also same with others property with 2 bedroom in same building, check in also manually need to collect key from mailbox, stay so many time in this building but this is my most terrible experience, not recommend (last picture is the room picture that I booked)

Mixed experience – Great location, but terrible service, poor maintenance, and check-in hassle. The location of Millerz Square is great, and the room itself (outside of the bathroom) was decent and comfortable.  However, the host's management and service were very disappointing: 1. Check-In Hassle: Check-in was a major headache. No clear check-in guide was provided beforehand, leaving us completely lost, and the phone numbers listed were unreachable when we tried calling for help. 2. Hidden Deposit: Before releasing self-check-in details, they demanded an unlisted RM200 deposit via direct bank transfer, which was never mentioned in the booking terms.  3. Severe Ceiling Damage & Privacy Issue: The toilet ceiling had huge open holes and severe water damage. The host initially insisted on sending technicians in while my husband was away, completely ignoring his privacy concerns. Fortunately, they ended up not sending anyone during his stay, but forcing guests to deal with this stress was unacceptable.  Great location, but due to the poor communication, hidden deposit, and maintenance issues, I would advise caution when booking.
