昨天晚上入住説今天退房了，下午退按金，到現在不退，我問了之後居然給我説2-14天退按金，這樣説敢下次住

方便是很方便， 附近什麼都有 ，也很靠近輕快鐵，就是毛巾跟床有一股味道

很適合帶孩子，交通方便，最主要是價格實惠

非常方便離中央車站近

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience, particularly with the check-in process and cleanliness of the accommodation. Firstly, the check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. The person we were communicating with provided us with the wrong door access code, so when we arrived, we were unable to enter the accommodation. We ended up waiting outside our door for around 30–40 minutes while trying to figure out what was wrong. We eventually discovered that the code we had been given was simply incorrect. This was especially frustrating after travelling and expecting to be able to check in smoothly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodation was also a major concern. We found hair and dirt on the floor, marks/residue on surfaces, and food crumbs/debris inside the cupboards. There were multiple areas that did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. I have photos documenting the condition of the accommodation. I also developed an eye issue during/after our stay. I cannot say for certain that it was caused by the accommodation, but given the overall cleanliness, I was concerned about the hygiene of the bedding and environment and whether this may have contributed. For the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner accommodation and a smoother check-in experience. The host should seriously improve the cleaning standards and ensure that guests are given the correct access information before arrival. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our stay and I would be hesitant to stay here again.

The room was fine for a short stay. Although there was some dust on the wall, I was still quite comfortable overall. One area that could be improved is the efficiency of issuing the access card and key. I only received the check-in instructions after I actively sought help from the staff, and I got my key about 25 minutes later. The wait wasn’t extremely long, but a shorter waiting time would be much more ideal for travelers.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again. 😊

Service yang teruk kena sidai dekat lobby . Belum cerita lagi complicatednya nak check in kena contact orang tu kena contact orang ni pahtu reply ws dengan pakai bot . Stay untuk rabu kamis yang memang tahu not a peak hour sebb kami memang tk suka weekend tapi alasan refund lambat sbb “peak hour” check out at 12PM got my refund at 4:40PM . That all thank you
