真的就是黑心商家，整棟樓在裝修坐在房間裡都吵死了，還不要説睡覺想休息去之前都不告知也不説到了也不死活不退，坑一個算一個！

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, cosy and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly and check-in was easy. The location is good, easy to get around and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The host replied quite fast and was very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, no complaints at all. Worth the price and I’ll definitely book this place again next time I’m in KL. Thanks for the great hospitality! 😊

Отличная локация отеля, очень удобно для использования метро. Пешком минут 20 до центра. Есть все что нужно для долгого отдыха, более недели. Один раз убирались бесплатно, для апартаментов это хорошо. Спортзал базовый, бассейн и прочие приятные мелочи. В целом подойдёт для 90% путешествий

Their service make me super frustrating. They do not have a clear instructions to let us check in and check out. I did not expected make a booking in 訂房網站 but the process is Airbnb style. Should mention or text us earlier to inform that how to check in and check out. Not making people confused. Others then that, the room is clean and nice view.

Location is good, room is clean, amenities provided. The building is very new. However, there’s hassle on the parking. Each tower does not connect to each other. Another thing is the security deposit, I would recommend to arrange a staff there to collect cash deposit and return on the spot upon checking out. Not everyone is comfortable with bank transfer the deposit and need to wait refund within 48 hours. This is not credit card.

Excellent place . Beds a little hard pillows also . Some people like that I like soft .would be good to have a guide information that there is a supermarket back of premises but totally worth it fab place
