Check in was a bit slow because the host would only communicate via WhatsApp and I do not want to use WhatsApp. Eventually we communicated via WeChat. The unit was OK except that cleanliness left much to be desired. The shower glass and floor were dirty, the sponge at the kitchen sink was filthy and the washing machine was covered in black soot. Also hair on the tiled floor in the unit. Parking was a challenge as there are many reserved units and the building allows parking to outsiders for a fee. Location was excellent for us as it was a stones throw from Mid valley and also very close to UMMC which is the main reason we booked this residence.

Cleanliness of the unit can be improved, found cockroaches near the kitchen sink area and in the bathroom, toilet bowl also has poop stain from previous guests. check-in & out process is smooth but checkout is strictly by 11am or you’ll get charged RM50 for late checkout between 11am-12pm and RM100 between 12-1pm
