To stay at Novo Suites, it is best to select the Cobnb provider. However, we had a last minute cancellation by Cobnb. Hence, we had to rebook with DD. The Family room with DD comes with a futon bed, which is very thin. There are no pillows and duvets for the futon and sofa beds, not to mention towels for the pax that will be sleeping on them. Hence, be prepared to bring your own towels and be super cold at night with the air-con on. Haha... DD doesn't seem to have a presence there at Novo Suites. Any request for pillows and blankets, or even extra towels, you will have to wait long for them to deliver.

Great value for a serviced suite in KL. The unit was well-furnished — fridge, microwave, kettle, TV with streaming. The building security is good and parking was easy. Coffee Bean right at the lobby is a nice touch for morning coffee runs!
