比第一次住的房間大，但是房間環境很差很久，還有一個房間居然沒有熱水 洗澡的花灑也是很久很髒，整個環境看起來髒髒的

Firstly, the air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning. Although the repairman requested access to the room to carry out the repair, we were all out at the time and were unable to let him in as we had expensive personal belongings in the room. As a result, we were forced to sleep without air-conditioning in one of the rooms for the nights we stayed. We understand that repairs may require access to the room, but there should have been a more practical arrangement or alternative solution provided, especially since this significantly affected our comfort. Secondly, the floor was extremely dirty. When we walked barefoot, our feet became itchy, to the point that we had to wear the disposable slippers provided by the host. However, one or two pairs of the slippers tore immediately when we first wore them, and there were no replacements available. We had 10 guests in total, and only 10 pairs of slippers were provided, leaving no spare pairs at all. The swimming pool was also not usable because there was visible algae in the pool. This was particularly disappointing as the swimming pool was one of the facilities we expected to be able to use during our stay. There were also safety concerns with the bathtub. The bathtub was extremely slippery, making it difficult and potentially dangerous to use. In addition, one of the bathrooms was designed in such a way that guests had to stand inside the bathtub in order to take a shower. Given how slippery the bathtub was, this created an unnecessary risk of slipping and falling, especially when getting in and out of the bathtub. Overall, there were multiple issues with the cleanliness, maintenance, functionality and safety of the accommodation. Several facilities that were advertised or expected to be usable were either unavailable or presented safety concerns. These issues significantly affected our comfort and experience during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 325 Ritchie by COBNB. The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great choice for a family stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities, and the property provided a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city. The owner was very kind, helpful, and responsive, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and attention given to us during our stay. It was clear that he cared about making sure his guests had a pleasant experience. One area that could be improved is the pool area. With a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation, it could become an even more enjoyable and attractive facility for guests. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend 325 Ritchie by COBNB to families and other travelers looking for a comfortable stay. With some improvements to the pool area, the property could be even better. Thank you to the owner for the great hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location was superb. The house was really big and clean. Only difficulty was the parking considering that the house can fit 10 people but there's only 2 parking given on site, additional cars will have to find outside parking which can be limited when the cafe beside packed with customers. Swimming pool was nice only for pictures, don't think anyone can swim in that.
