比第一次住的房間大，但是房間環境很差很久，還有一個房間居然沒有熱水 洗澡的花灑也是很久很髒，整個環境看起來髒髒的

We had a wonderful stay at 325 Ritchie by COBNB. The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great choice for a family stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities, and the property provided a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city. The owner was very kind, helpful, and responsive, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and attention given to us during our stay. It was clear that he cared about making sure his guests had a pleasant experience. One area that could be improved is the pool area. With a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation, it could become an even more enjoyable and attractive facility for guests. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend 325 Ritchie by COBNB to families and other travelers looking for a comfortable stay. With some improvements to the pool area, the property could be even better. Thank you to the owner for the great hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location was superb. The house was really big and clean. Only difficulty was the parking considering that the house can fit 10 people but there's only 2 parking given on site, additional cars will have to find outside parking which can be limited when the cafe beside packed with customers. Swimming pool was nice only for pictures, don't think anyone can swim in that.
