空間很大 地板都很乾凈 冷氣也很足 鍋具碗盤餐具都足夠 洗手間有很大一片鏡子 電視機很大可以正常使用 房東服務很好 都是秒回 唯一缺點就是電梯確實需要等很久 但基本上第二趟就能上了 總體來説一切都很滿意！

This is an Airbnb-style residence. Key collection is at the office, then you need to find your block, car park entrance, and take the lift to the unit. The room is nice and clean. The car park can be confusing as we had to park in different areas on different days, but the host was helpful in solving the issue. The location is good, with shops, petrol stations, McDonald’s, and restaurants nearby. Pavilion Mall is within walking distance, making it suitable for guests who enjoy walking.

I booked for 1 Room Apartment. There is no King bed and the room is so small and cramped. It is not shown like in the photo. During the check up, they took 20 mins to verify if I have booked the room. I had paid for this room way before my 訂房網站.

I was supposed to check in at 3 pm but my room is only ready at 4 pm something. I was told they need to clean the room so I waited patiently for it. 1 hr+ later my room is still not readyso I went to the TRX to get brunch instead.

When check in the staff didnt explain to me where should park or where is the entrance. She just ask me to waze to go to the entrance. Your staff and the guard should have communicate because the guard ask me to park at B1 but your staff said i should park at Level 6. The aircond at the hall is not cool and only hot air come out. You should improve your procedure of check in and check out. And please write the corect information in the website and the message you send to your customer..

Not recommended, poor check-in instruction, you have to waita very long time for the elevator since there are only 4 elevators and a very high density of tourism. Waiting for the elevator for more than 30 minutes to 40 minutes. Will not come again....

The lift is too slow, need to wait long time. Tissue box only provide 1, not enough and rubbish bin is too small as well. Only 1 bath mat infront bathroom.
