天耀臻選安邦使館公寓【無邊泳池+步行5分鐘至鷹閣醫院】 (Novo Embassy Ampang by Dormeo Destinations【Infinity Pool+5min Walk to Gleneagles】)

整體感覺不錯 不需要按金這點好評 免去很多麻煩 其次服務態度很好 這個樓的保安等服務人員明顯比其他民宿好 入住退房很快 旁邊步行有個商場也很不錯 唯一的可改善的地方就是床上用品床單的衞生可以再做得更好一些 唯一和客戶皮膚接觸的地方最好做到極致清潔乾淨衞生 如能改進 我們下次還好選擇入住 還是推薦這家哈 我們衹是對衞生要求比較高。

酒店入住問題反饋（中英雙語） 中文反饋 本次入住體驗極差。辦理入住時，酒店工作人員無故強迫我添加客服聯繫方式，才可獲取房號，但酒店系統內已完整錄入我的入住訊息，且房門鑰匙已備好，該操作完全屬於多餘強制要求。 我添加客服後，針對入住期間多項嚴重問題進行反饋，卻未得到有效處理：客服全程要麼不予回覆，要麼僅敷衍道歉，無任何解決方案。 第一，客房噪音問題嚴重，極大影響夜間睡眠質量。我曾主動申請換房，平台網上明確顯示房源充足，客服卻惡意告知無房可更換。 第二，入住次日起客房徹底停水無熱水，無法正常洗漱、洗澡，我多次反饋報修，工作人員始終未上門維修。 基於以上惡劣居住條件，我被迫提前兩天辦理離店。除此之外，該酒店配套及交通存在嚴重短板：地理位置雖距市區不算偏遠，但周邊僅有兩家咖啡廳可供就餐，餐飲選擇極度匱乏；且區域交通十分不便，出行高峰期完全無法打到車輛。 最不合理的是，酒店自身出現無熱水、服務不作為等重大服務失誤，嚴重損害我的入住權益與居住體驗，我提前離店後，酒店仍強行全額扣費，拒絕退還未入住時段的房費。 My overall stay experience is extremely poor. During check-in, the hotel staff forced me to add the customer service contact to get my room number for no reason. However, the hotel system had already fully recorded my check-in information and the room key was ready. This compulsory operation is completely redundant and unreasonable. After adding the customer service, I reported many serious problems occurred during my stay, yet no effective solutions were provided. The customer service either ignored my messages or only gave perfunctory apologies without any follow-up solutions. Firstly, the severe room noise seriously affected my sleep at night. I applied for a room change actively. Although sufficient rooms were clearly shown available on the official platform, the customer service lied and claimed there was no vacant room for replacement. Secondly, there was no hot water in the room starting from the second day of my stay, making it impossible for me to wash and take a shower normally. I reported and requested maintenance for many times, but no staff came to repair it. Due to the terrible living conditions caused by the hotel’s poor service, I had to check out two days in advance. In addition, the hotel has serious deficiencies in supporting facilities and transportation. Though it is not far from the urban area, there are only two cafes around with extremely limited dining options. The transportation here is very inconvenient, and it is impossible to get a taxi during rush hours. Most unreasonably, the hotel made major service mistakes including the continuous no-hot-water problem and inactive after-sales service, which seriously damaged my legitimate rights and accommodation experience. Nevertheless, the hotel still charged the full amount forcibly and refused to refund the fee for the unused nights after my early check-out. I sincerely request the hotel to face up to all the above problems and provide a reasonable explanation and refund solution.

房間乾淨整潔，採光好，牙刷，拖鞋都配的有，在東南亞有的酒店或者民宿配的不齊也不好用，這家酒店還不錯，洗漱用品還可以能用，房型展示照片和實際房間完全一樣，店家服務也還行，入住時間下午三點好，由於當天個人原因需要提前入住，給店家説了之後，衞生打掃完之後中午12點多就安排入住了，沒有額外收費，還不錯，本來2024年下半年來這邊旅遊的時候喜歡klcc柏威年那邊另外一家的，那家環境衞生價格各方面和這個差不多，房型也好，但是今年沒開了，這家是在吉隆坡入住過的性價比很高的一家店了點個贊👍

房間很大很整潔，裝修的很好，床品非常乾淨，洗衣機有高溫消毒功能。 從地鐵出來要走一段路，週末地鐵附近有當地人的市集很多熱帶水果，榴蓮3美金就能買到。 前台小姐姐很友善，雨天還幫我借了把傘🌂 唯一的硬傷就是甲醛味道太大了，嚴重超標！！ 建議酒店無論有沒有客人，房間的窗戶一定要“開著”！

第一天入住半夜了，沒有人，客服説可以直接入住不用拿卡，死保安非要我辦理入住拿了卡才讓進。結果搞了一個小時沒進去

Very newly renovated unit, down there got cafe and ev charging point at parking also. very convenient location for staycation and i bought family for body checking in gleneages, it just opposite it so is convenient also. The pool is nice!
