房間乾淨整潔，採光好，牙刷，拖鞋都配的有，在東南亞有的酒店或者民宿配的不齊也不好用，這家酒店還不錯，洗漱用品還可以能用，房型展示照片和實際房間完全一樣，店家服務也還行，入住時間下午三點好，由於當天個人原因需要提前入住，給店家説了之後，衞生打掃完之後中午12點多就安排入住了，沒有額外收費，還不錯，本來2024年下半年來這邊旅遊的時候喜歡klcc柏威年那邊另外一家的，那家環境衞生價格各方面和這個差不多，房型也好，但是今年沒開了，這家是在吉隆坡入住過的性價比很高的一家店了點個贊👍

Enjoyed my stay here with Dormeo! You can collect the key at reception and everything is provided u can just move in ! Friendly staff and nice place near to gleneagles !

Baru pertama kali nginap di gedung baru Novo yang sangat dekat ke Rs. Gleneagles . Kamar, seprei, handuk super bersih, dan setiap hari diganti. Kolam renang dan alat gymnya juga masih baru, ada sauna jg loh. Ketika ada yang kurang dimegerti, langsung tanya melalui WA, dan langsung di respon, benar benar hebat dengan pelayanan ramah dan cekatannya.

Very spacious and well decorated unit. Had a really pleasant stay and was very satisfied with the comfort and condition of the place. Will definitely come back here. I was also pleased with the prompt response from the management and their effort to help with my requests.

Great experience staying with Dormeo, giving it a 5 star and coming back next time in kl. Location is good and room is newly furnished! Self check in and sent us all the detail of it customer service also responded efficiently
