We chose this apartment because of its good reviews and a price slightly above average for the same complex - but the experience turned out to be very disappointing.
Before our arrival, the tissues were not refreshed at all, and from the first day, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. A technician came, but the issue was never resolved during our entire stay. For a business 訂房網站, this was a serious problem - we had to buy local SIM cards just to stay connected.
The overall condition and service were poor: towels were heavily worn and stained, and our request to replace them was ignored. The dish sponge was old and disgusting, the kettle had a broken power button, the fan was noisy, the window couch was covered with stains, and the windows were dirty.
Instead of trying to offset the known downsides of the complex - thin walls, noise from the corridor and elevator, and not-so-clean common areas - the host made the stay even worse with a lack of care and attention to detail.
As a result, instead of a comfortable stay, we ended up with stress, wasted time, and the feeling that we paid more - but got much less. A truly disappointing experience - would not recommend.
The moment I walked into the room, I was hit by a strong dusty smell. It was very unpleasant and immediately gave a bad first impression. The floor and table surfaces were covered in visible dust, and there were even cobwebs on the TV. The bed sheets and towels also looked unclean, which made the overall experience feel very unhygienic.
There was also no kettle provided, which was very inconvenient and not what I expected.
Additionally, the room does not match the photos shown in the listing at all. The actual condition is very different from what was advertised.
On top of that, the soundproofing here is basically nonexistent. The layout is a dual-key unit, and I stayed in room 17-01 R. The neighboring unit (17-01 L) was extremely noisy. From around 1 AM to after 3 AM, there was constant loud talking, laughing, furniture being moved, and repeated switching noises. It was very disruptive and inconsiderate.
If you're looking for a place to rest or sleep, I strongly do not recommend staying here.
