Hi, thank you for hosting me. Overall, the place itself was great — good location, spacious unit, nice city view, and the support team tried their best to help whenever possible. I just wanted to share a few points that could be improved: – The towels had an unpleasant smell and were replaced only the next day. – On the first night, the reserved parking was occupied, and it took some time to resolve. – In the second unit, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room and from the AC. – The late check-out fee (RM20/hour) was mentioned only shortly before check-out.

Communication was very fast via WhatsApp, and the entire booking process was handled there. An additional deposit was requested on top of the booking payment, which felt a bit unusual for this type of accommodation, especially since another agent in the same building did not require it. They also sent a PDF with house rules and a price list for potential damages or extra cleaning. While deposits and rules are understandable, this felt more typical for luxury properties. Upon arrival, some items in the room were already slightly damaged, and the toilet could have been cleaner — there were a few hairs left (see photos). There is also only one seating place, which makes it uncomfortable for a couple to eat together, even though the room has a kitchen. Another point is privacy: people walking around the property can look directly into the room through the window. Apart from these points, everything else was fine.

Since I went to Gleneagles hospital, so this place was a perfect stay for me! the room has projector installed. The suites also has swimming pool with a wonderful view at rooftop. The kids love it so much to stay here!

Saya tanggal 15 februari sampai 17 februari 2026 menginap di Novo ampang ini..keperluan untuk pergi cek up, pada saat saya mau cek in saya diminta deposit RM 200 Namun sampai dengan tgl 5 maret 2026 ini deposit saya belum kembali sama sekali Sudah saya hubungi nomor tlp yg ada di voucher pemesan namun sampai hari ini belum ada masuk kembali deposit saya Sungguh sangat mengecewakan, saya tidak akan menginap di tempat itu lagi
