Nice place, but communication could be better I stayed at Arte Cheras on October 3, 2025, around 8:45 p.m. The homestay was cozy and generally in good condition. There was a small misunderstanding with the lady owner during check-in, which made things a bit uncomfortable at first. The floor was also greasy when I arrived, but I cleaned it for a more pleasant stay. Overall, it’s a nice place, just hope for better communication next time.

Actual room is so different from the photo! Floor a bit sticky, toilet is slippery too. Parking is not so convenient, as need to turn for 7 rounds. Location is very good and easy to get around.

The place isn’t very clean I actually found a cockroach under my bed and the doors and floors have issues or cracks in them. Plus the water heater isn’t working as well as expected, it is not that hot so the baths are usually quite cold.
