The check in and check out process was very smooth. The room was very clean & spacious for a family. All the facilities were there. The mattress and bed were very soft, like in a 5 star hotel. The view from the room was very beautiful. All the landmarks can be seen from this apartment. Even the Merdeka Stadium. There was a football tournament on the night of the 27th, we were able to watch the tournament from the room balcony. Overall tiptop, highly recommended!

Die Lage war gut, nahe China Town und nahe der S Bahn, sodass man schnell in die Innenstadt kam. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren top. Gute Waschmaschine für Leute, die länger unterwegs sind. Außerdem eine tolle Aussicht auf die Skyline aus dem 12. Stockwerk. Es gab einen schönen Infinity Pool auf der Sonnenterrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig. Das Personal an der Rezeption fühlte sich überhaupt nicht für einen verantwortlich. Man musste mit Soulasia via WhatsApp kommunizieren, was okay funktioniert hat.
