該酒民宿有前台並提供行李服務值得認可，但基本上嚴格執行需要15:00後才能辦理入住，入住排隊人數較多且手續較慢，酒店房間一般並沒有覺得特別新的感覺，唯一的亮點是樓頂的游泳池，但是基本上人數較多，感覺管理很混亂擁擠，整體上與自己預期相比略失望，下次應該不會來了，看到是Holma管理的所以特意過來真實點評

service just a lol I have some problem to access the pool but keep calling constantly 4 hours on their given three numbers but a single call no pick up then I messaged through the platform also no response and when I checked out his message come and say how was your stay even not say what happened with because they don't care when you book the place only disappointed from the service the rest place is OK

Отель огромный и очень популярный. Расположение прекрасное - буквально 10 минут до башен-близнецов пешком. Номер уставший, шкафы грязные, за шторами полно паутины, но все работает. За неделю пребывания номер ни разу не убирали.

Una bellissima sorpresa a Kuala Lumpur Abbiamo soggiornato al Suite Face KL e me ne sono davvero innamorata! 😍 L’appartamento era molto spazioso e luminoso, con una vista spettacolare sulla città: eravamo al 48° piano e svegliarsi con quel panorama è stato bellissimo. L’appartamento era completo di tutto: camera da letto, bagno, cucina, lavatrice, divano e zona living, oltre a una piccola area dedicata a stendere e appendere i vestiti. Per un soggiorno più lungo sarebbe stato davvero perfetto. Peccato essere rimasti così poco, perché avrei voluto godermelo molto di più! ❤️ L’unica nota negativa riguarda check-in e check-out, che non sono stati immediati perché bisogna recarsi nel building adiacente, cosa che può creare un po’ di confusione all’arrivo. Avevamo inoltre richiesto degli asciugamani puliti per il giorno successivo, ma inizialmente non ci sono stati consegnati. Li abbiamo richiesti nuovamente la sera, verso le 22:00, e questa volta ce li hanno portati. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la piscina e la palestra, quindi non posso esprimermi su questi servizi. Per il resto, super consigliato soprattutto per la posizione, gli spazi e la vista. Se dovessimo tornare a Kuala Lumpur, lo sceglierei nuovamente senza esitazione. 🥰🏙️

I had a very disappointing check-out experience. I handed over my room key at 10:00 AM, but only received my deposit at 10:30 AM. I had already informed the receptionist that I was in a rush to catch a flight. I even told her that if the room inspection would take longer, they could simply transfer the deposit to my bank account. Instead, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes without any clear update. The hotel management should seriously improve this process. If room inspections take time due to limited staff, guests should be given the option to receive their deposit via bank transfer instead of being forced to wait. This is especially important for guests who have flights or other time-sensitive commitments. Overall, the check-out process was inefficient and caused unnecessary stress. I hope the hotel reviews its procedures to provide better service in the future.

Great stay overall - location is nice and also reception has been helpful

Номера уже уставшие. Много пятен на мебели. Устойчивый запах плесени. Постельное белье не совсем свежее. В лифтах постоянно ездит персонал, в том числе с тележками. Выселение заняло 30 минут. В остальном все норм.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding.
