The heater was leaking, one of the bed was broken, one of the table was having only 3 leg already was broken 1 leg and hidden behind. The parking lot was only one lot arranged, both my brother's car was parked outside and was issued summon by traffic. The only this fun was like the whole family was sleeping in the hall, like in our young days when we were small kids in grandfather's old wooden houses. The swimming was also closed for renovations. We were disappointed since we told the kids, will let them play in the pool.So we had to bring the kids and family to a Bangi theme park.It was not very fun all this details was given by WhatsApp only one day before the booking date. The owner need to improve on a lot of things overall.

⚠️ Safety Hazard: The carpets/rugs are extremely slippery and lack non-slip backing. We nearly slipped and fell multiple times. ❌ Inadequate Facilities: Despite being listed as a "Deluxe 3-bedroom Suite" accommodating many guests, only one bathroom is equipped with a working shower head. This is unreasonable for a group stay. 🧹 Hygiene Concerns: The pillows were dusty and not properly cleaned, causing skin irritation and itchiness after sleeping. 🏊 Pool Issues: The swimming pool water was noticeably turbid (cloudy/dirty). Additionally, security forced guests to leave the pool area at 8:00 PM, which is far too early. Summary: The unit lacks the basic maintenance and facilities required for the number of guests it claims to accommodate. I hope the host addresses the safety and hygiene issues immediately.
