房間太棒了，空間很大，還有陽台，帶了一個浴缸，很哇塞，洗衣機有烘乾功能，出門在外太方便，服務相當到位，預訂後就有客服添加，入住訊息很詳細，快捷的很，點贊，旁邊中餐廳很多，步行十來分鐘就到雙子塔，性價比高

除了市中心和房間大，應該是一無是處了吧。原本要退的，訂了之後商家不同意退。其實還好吧。服務：應該是完全沒有服務吧，住七天沒人搞衞生（説是要5點前通知，然後沒然後，毛巾不換、地不掃，垃圾要自己倒，發消息門是壞的半天不回，安排的人檢查説不懂就走了，都不敲門直接按密碼進來的那種），可能我第一次住這種公寓hostels 衞生：一言難盡，沙發底下的礦泉水瓶和紙巾；桌上的蟲子… 環境：比較老舊的公寓樓，位置還可以，健身房設施老舊不過可以用…

The location is good, near shopping malls. The room is very large compare to others. But the main problem is you can only checked in on 3pm. It's wasting time and they are difficult to contact. You need to try to contact them days before you arrive, and waiting for their respond (late).

While the property itself is nice, my overall experience was affected by poor service from the apartment agent. The unit is in Malaysia, but the agent handling the check-in was based in China, which made communication very difficult. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but despite several attempts to contact them on WhatsApp, I only received the check-in details after 4 PM. This long wait and lack of responsiveness made for a very frustrating and unpleasant start to the stay. The unit itself is spacious and in a good location, but cleanliness was not up to standard. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time, and there were a broken frame and a lamp left unrepaired. Utensils were minimal, with plates and cups only provided for three people, which is inconvenient since we are 6.. Overall, I was happy with the place itself, but the service, cleanliness, and lack of proper maintenance really need improvement for a better guest experience.

客服沒有服務，大樓門口保安不知道有房子入住很麻煩，房子除了有床還不錯，其餘的細節都很缺東西，衞生冰箱很髒，缺東西不會給你提供，衞生紙很少，這個價格在周邊可以住更好的酒店了。不值得嘗試，後來要求退回一部分房價客服同意後來沒退給我，不要相信客服的口頭承諾。要提前打電話記得自己錄音保留證據。睡房沒有wifi，客廳電視不能看。除了可以睡覺做飯🍳也不行沒有什麼鍋

房間衞生從你入住到退房中途不會有人打掃，房間洗漱用品你住幾天會給你留幾個一次性牙刷。房間裡的毛巾都很舊了服務備註了相當於沒有備註，因為根本不會有人幫你安排。預訂好了之後到確認會有人要求你加微信，然後把你拉進一個群裡。房間沒有轉換頭，需要自備，也沒有飲用水。

酒店的位置很好，步行至雙子塔和Pavilion僅幾分鐘就到，周邊網紅餐廳和咖啡館應有盡有。裝修設計感很強，黑白簡約風搭配藝術陳設，隨手一拍都是大片，體驗感滿分。
