The good - 1. Checkin was quick and smooth upon additional deposit paid. 2. Location is good, next to a hotel and walking distance to LRT and eateries. 3. 1 carpark provided, additional carpark is chargeble hourly. The bad - 1. 2 room apartment accomodate up to 5 pax, yet only provided 1 lift access card. Additional card requires additional deposit of rm100, not included room deposit RM300. Suggest to include 2 access cards minimum since it is a 2room apartment and should be included in room deposit. Even the refund is now separate. 2. The apartment floor is sticky, our feet were dirty when walking in the unit. 3. The toilet seat cover is broken. 4. The wall paint has came off in certain areas, aircond remote was short 1 and another with lowbatt unusable. 3 airconds with only 1 functional remote. 5. The whole apartment smelled of cigaratte, especially in the master room. 6. They had bags loads of either dirty or cleaned towels, recycle bags at the front door of the apartment. Found it very unhygienic. 7. Instant coffee is provided, however it is not a very popular choice.

New building, upscale apartment unit, nicely decorated. Very clean and comfy. Great for stay during regular MCU in Pantai Hospital or UM Specialist Centre

The owner said that we smoking inside the unit but we do not. The cleaner reported see a cigarette box inside the unit rubbish bin and have a strong smoking smell in the unit after we checkout. I’m a non smoker but my friend yes, he smoked outside the lobby area but brought back cigarette box to throw inside our unit dustbin. They claim our damage deposit and don’t want to refund, I need to do a complaint for this matter, thanks. And this unit have alot ants, I didn’t complain during my stay bcos it still okay for me, since they complaint me about smoking issue then I complaint them back for the ants issue too. I’m a regular staying at Alfa Bangsar by city keys more than 10 times a year, it didn’t happen anything but this plush company very bad service and experience for me.
