The place is very good specially the infinity Pool that’s so breathtaking! But the cons are… 1. Difficulties in checking in,you have to get the QR code from the host to be presented to the guard upon entering 2. The towels are not that clean 3.The bed sheets have stains… 4. There was a bad smell in the other toilet 5. The heater in the shower doesn’t worked well 6. They will remind you about the check out several times..

About the booking/host: - booking was promptly confirmed - host got in touch pretty soon to provide check in details, please note that they require a 200RM deposit (online payment) to secure the booking On check-in: - host provided a QR code so that I can get pass guard house - although check in instructions indicate i can get the guard's assistance to enter the mail room to get my key from the mailbox, the guard refused flatly to tap me into the mailroom (I suppose he was doing his part to enforce the security of things) - thankfully the host was rather responsive and I managed to get hold of an admin/customer service personnel who assisted to get me into the mailroom The unit itself: - located on Level 5, reeks of sewage smell on entering and the smell lingers on throughout my stay urghhhh - Aircon in master bedroom was not working. - Heater in common toilet was not working. - the TV was non-functional? - the towels provided were worn out and not very absorbent. - Feedback to the host on all above issues, there is an AI autobot installed on the host's WhatsApp that replies you almost instantly! But giving only generic replies. Host does reply quite soon after. Appreciate the host's effort to get the servicing technician in to take a look. Eventually only the heater was fixed. - cleanliness can be better, there's ants on table top and we encountered 2 cockroaches during our stay urghhhh Lucentia Residences: - awesome and beautiful facilities (pools and gym) - strategically located with direct link to Lalaport and the monorail line Overall, - will stay at Lucentia Residences again if visiting KL. But will probably choose another host who offers unit on a higher floor (better view, hopefully less trouble with sewage smell and cockroaches infestation)

The first experience was confusing. But worth the price and location. Beautiful view. And thanks to 訂房網站 for the problem resolve.

Great location, but there’s no water cooler or filtered water, and the hair dryer is not working.
