住宿環境還不錯，而且交通也非常便利，離附近的商場也非常靠近，簡單來説就是出現便利環境也還可以，價格也不會很貴

大致上都還不錯，去的時候前兩晚樓上很吵直到早上，好像24小時都不用睡覺不用休息的，一直有東西掉地上、拖椅子和走動的聲音，應該剛好遇到搬家的人吧，第三晚就完全沒聲音了。這個地點去mall都很方便。

The hotel is in a good location with nice amenities, making it a comfortable place to stay. However, the service could use improvement. There was a noticeable language barrier with the staff, which made communication a bit challenging. Daily housekeeping was not consistent—there was no one to check in with about cleaning the room or changing towels. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re looking for decent facilities, but better service and clearer communication would really enhance the experience.

parking很麻煩要繞7樓，卡壞又一直上不到lift，風扇也壞，客服沒有幫忙解決問題

We spent out christmas day at arte cheras by minsu host.Nice location it’s ver convinient to all of us and the place was very clean. Thank u minsu will difinitely book again.

Really good location that’s close to places we needed to go. Though the place had minimal amenities (towels, basic shampoo and shower gel) and the room we stayed at had a window thats unable to be closed fully, the overall experience was good.
