The staff is very friendly & so helpful, i requested to check in my kids before i arrived they just say yes. Then my hairdryer is not functioning they quickly replace one for me. I will stay here again for my next visit. Tks u so much.

Everything is good. But the main door lock is broken. You can open the main door directly without scanning the access card. This makes me feel unsafe when I leave the house. This apartment is very close to bangsar LRT station and only 1 station away from kl sentral. I am not happy with the 訂房網站.com app, it never shows the hidden cleaning fee correctly and it is not included in the total fee when you pay by credit card. You only know that when you pay, it will show a big letter that you need to pay 35 ringgit cleaning fee. I think the 訂房網站.com app needs to show more details when guests pay

Towel is stain badly and when informed the person she just yold me wont charge me the towel for stain??? Arent you suppose to replace a clean towel?. The whole condo floor is sticky. They provide snack but didnt put the price list next to it or informed upon check in, only to charge you extra upon check-out. Dont mind paying for minibar if its mention earlier. Feel cheated.. anyway, will never book this company again. First and last.

床在閣樓，危險四方埋伏。沒告示牌，安全圍欄不足容易墮樓喪命！樓頂衹有1.7m ， 燈槽，燈5CM。我一米七，碰頭，刮破頭了。 severe safety issues that can kill you !! Bed at Mezzanine floor , no protection rail by the stair which is huge drop ! Ceiling clearance height is 1.65m my head got injured by scratching the power rail on the ceiling. No proper signage

房間是一房分隔上下兩層，上面臥室，下面有吧枱，兼有自我生活炊具等。衞生還可以。 環境是周圍上百米是****人環居，低矮房屋，感覺很不安全，***。找些適閤中國人的飲食是沒有。 服務比較差:店裡缺拖鞋毛巾等，凈水器壞了，反映情況是不管，説就這樣。還計劃外每天收35馬幣清潔費，兩天收70馬幣（紂人民幣110元），與按金250馬幣一起收，這是訂房時沒有預約的。比較惡劣！ 設施:還中午停電約三個小時，説維修。

房間一般 airbnb 的業主，要求太多，從入住開始 護照登記一次，進門大廳業主的代理來護照再辦入住，開始以為服務，後來溝通起來******, 如果英文不好的同胞就不要住，否則蠻煩的 入住一個酒店像被審問的感覺，*****，訂房網站價格 4xx ，代理又收現金 馬幣 45 塊，然後再收 按金 馬幣 250，如提供信用連背面 所有自己手填， cvv 都要寫上，如果資料洩露會被盜刷可能！整個過程 20 分鐘，非常不友好，發短訊給你早上 10 到晚上 10 點才可以聯繫 如果有問題，不在這個時間段不聯繫的意思！我是 6pm 辦理入住，入住後沒有牙刷和水使用，牙刷 5Rm， 普通礦泉水也要錢，這不像 4xx 的酒店這個價格！我平時住 le Meridienor Alila，promote 價格也不過如此 請訂房網站後續簽酒店注意，這麼爛的服務請不要推薦國人，英語不好不是要被 ** ***欺負！很少寫點評，這次寫 提醒我自己記住不要住這裡！
