Reception explained right away that rubbish must not be left outside; instead, there’s a refuse room. The location near KLCC was very convenient and spectacular view of KL Tower from the swimming pool. Keys and parking cards were emphasised to be kept properly, and that made sense. Our deposit was on credit card, and they clarified it’s a pre-authorisation for RM500 which was stated in the website, so no manual refund needed. Everything was clear.

We stayed in the 1-Bedroom Executive and loved the bathtub after long walks around the city. The apartment was spotless and the property was strictly non-smoking, which we appreciated. We requested extra blankets and the receptionist explained there’s a small charge beyond the complimentary ones. Service was honest and helpful.

Loved the 1-Bedroom! It was clean and well-kept. Receptionists were approachable, and housekeepers were polite. We walked easily to KLCC within 10 minutes. The non-smoking policy kept the unit smelling fresh. This was our first 訂房網站 to Kuala Lumpur and we couldn’t have chosen better. The apartment was spotless, the view of KL Tower from the pool was unforgettable, and KLCC was just a short 10-minute walk. Reception was warm and welcoming, and it was so convenient that we could send them WhatsApp messages for small requests. Truly enjoyed our stay.

チェックイン前に荷物を預けたのですが、フロントの女性の対応が素晴らしく良い滯在になる予感。生憎、雨が降り出したのですが、無料で傘を貸してくれました。部屋も清潔で掃除が行き屆いています。シャワールームは２つあり、贅沢にも自分専用で使えました。プールからの景色は最高です。夜景の綺麗な時間は混雑しますが、必ず利用するべきです。殘念ながらプールからは見えませんが、プールサイドにあるルーフトップバーからはペトロナスツインタワーが見えます。ホテルのエントランスからgrabタクシーで移動したので、何処へ行くにもストレスなく移動することができました。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a beautiful city view. The bathroom was definitely a highlight — it had a luxurious standalone bathtub and a sleek glass shower area, giving a spa-like experience. Everything was well-maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. 🌟What made the experience even better was the staff and owner. They were extremely patient, kind, and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und mit den Ausstattungen, vorallem mit der Waschmaschine. Obwohl das kein Hotel ist, gibt es sogar kostenlose Zimmerreinigung, bei Anfrage. Können wir jedem weiterempfehlen. Unsere Suite war auch sehr groß.

Excellent place to stay! Right in the heart of KL. The room was so spacious and clean. All essential amenities were provided and the hotel staffs were so generous to provide more when asked politely. Overall, really impressed by how amazing this place is and definitely recommended 👍🏻

Location was good. At reception we request to clean the room , nobody care what we are told them and the room didn’t clean that day. Second day after cleaned the room also didn’t clean toilet, didn’t wipe basin tab and mirror , not vacuum the floor . I requested towel not refill and then amenities also not refill.
